Pessoas muito amáveis! Quarto com uma decoração muito original e bonita , tudo impecável! Recomendo , uma excelente descoberta ! Pequeno almoço servido num terraço interior digno de qualquer hotel 5 estrelas . Pena só ter ficado uma noite 😉

My Husband and I just stayed here for 16 days, and I must say this place is awesome! Paulo and his staff were very gracious and attentive. The breakfasts were amazing a lot of food to start our day. I would highly recommend this place to stay while in Beja. We plan on visiting again next year.

Boa localização, casa decorada com muito bom gosto, muito limpo e com um cheirinho muito agradável . Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Paulo e as empregadas também muito simpáticas. Pequeno almoço muito muito bom, com variedade e tudo fresco. Recomendo

We had an amazing time in Marias Guesthouse. The owner (Paulo) was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The communication was easy, the room and communal area very clean and there was plenty of drinks you can buy from the kitchen. Water and tea are offered for free and you even get a complimentary shot of a local booze! Buying the drinks is based on a ‘trust’ basis, you pay for it on check out. Outside there is a courtyard, where breakfast is served and where you can have a drink in the afternoon. We had the room ‘Rainha De Leonor’ which was simply stunning. Big bed with a free standing bath tub in the room, with a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. There is an open upstairs area, with a couch to relax. We slept like babies, the bed is great and it’s super quiet and dark in the room. The location of the Guesthouse is perfect, very close to the castle and close to restaurants. Parking is 30 meters away and felt safe and secure. The absolute highlight was the breakfast. It was simply perfect, with fresh fruit, bread, lots of variety in cheeses, meat and marmelade and nice eggs and a ciabatta. Maybe one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel / BnB. Thank you Paula and Maria(s), we will recommend your accommodation to everyone who will visit Beja.

É uma casa pitoresca, com quartos muito originais. Cada quarto tem um nome de uma personalidade antiga, nascida em Évora. Tem sala e cozinha de uso comum! A decoração está muito original e bem conseguida. O proprietário é muito simpático e prestável!

The host and accommodations, as well as the location were outstanding. The breakfast was amazing and the ameneties exceeded any I have experienced in all our stays around the world in a bed and breakfast. Highly recommend.
