We have just arrived home from our Christmas Holiday from limak Atlantis. We had a wonderful time at the hotel from start to finish. We found all the staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very busy like most good hotels we have stayed at this time of year and in my opinion this was the best for friendliness and curtesy. Like all busy hotels one has to queue for everything but if you avoid the peak times then you can enjoy your meals. The food was hot , fresh and not repetitive. The restaurant staff were hard workers, very efficient served you all the beverages you needed during all your meals and cleaned as they went. We had thunderstorms for five days so we used the indoor pool and spa area. We visited the local town Belek, the local market at Selik and Land of Legends. The only disadvantage I found was that the hotel is remote from shopping & sightseeing you have to hire a car, taxi to go anywhere . Taxi fares €10 Belek, €25 Serik Market, €20 land of Legends, €50/€60 Antalya Old Town all one way so it adds up. You can bargain a little. I would like to thank Jacko, Ali and all the animation team for keeping us entertained. The Restaurant staff for the big smiles and service and Ege in guest relations for his assistance.and knowledge and advice. Hopefully see you all again soon.

We stopped at the limak from 20/12/24 to 30/12/24 From start to finish it was a bad 10 days . This is not rote lightly as this was our 3 rd visit at Christmas . Where do I start , hotel old n tired not changed in the years I’ve been visiting . Food same at lunch as it is at evening very repetitive , rooms same as always. Entertainment same every night and no change to programme for bad weather as you are left to your own devices and to entertain yourself . All in all was a bad 10 nights nothing changes there shame because it used to be nice . Also it was very over crowded cues for lunch / evening were silly . Plus there was only a limited access to restaurants . Not all were open and staff shortages . Only good thing was Ali . One of the entertainment staff he was fantastic he’s waisted there

An honest review as a returning guest. We went to Limak last year for Christmas and had a fantastic holiday, could not fault anything. We loved it so much we booked to come this year and it was such a disappointment from our previous years experience. The hotel was far too overbooked for their winter use reduced capacity. Having to queue for long periods of time for both food, drink or to even sit down inside ( weather was constant rain and thunderstorms- which can't be helped.) Staff work so hard but they were rushed off their feet with the sheer volume of guests, which did affect their usually welcoming and friendly service. The entertainment team especially Ali, Jacko and Kutay were amazing, keeping my children entertained for a very wet 10 day stay. We upgraded to a family room which was great in size but due to the bad weather there was faults with it, flooding and unwelcome crawly visitors! When reported to reception this was dealt with quickly and effectively though. I loved Limak on my first stay but my second experience has really disappointed us 😕

Just returned from this resort. Can I just say that the staff went above and beyond for me and my son. From the waiting staff to the entertainment staff the security and even the hotel manager. We feel they treated us like family and nothing was too much trouble. I feel very sad in leaving this stunning resort and the very kind people who make the trip a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this resort to all. It is very clean. Stunningly beautiful with lots of family activities . Thank you for having us and we shall cherish the friends we made in the staff who made our experience the 5 star experience that it was

Gedateerd tot en met, zeker geen 5 sterren waard!!! Strandbar was niet te genieten, snackbar trok op niks en het buffet restaurant was maar af en toe eetbaar en heeeeel druk bezet met Russen en Duitsers en hun erg luide kroost! Kamers redelijk klein met een heel erg kleine badkamer, met 2 personen kon je er niet in staan en dat voor een zogezegd 5 sterren hotel! Airco werkte maar op bepaalde tijdstippen waardoor het bijna onmogelijk was om in een frisse kamer te slapen, gevolg heel vermoeid teruggekeerd!

Lovely hotel, great service, amazing variety of food which change daily. The staff that could speak English was absolutely amazing, welcoming and just so gentle and kind. One particular waiter during dinner who went above and beyond for us was UMIT!! He was absolutely amazing everyday during dinner, so welcoming, attentive and just absolutely breath taking. Umit always delivered amazing service, always checking in and even remembered what we ordered which absolutely touched our heart. Thankyou sooo much UMIT!! My one sad point would be the cat, not the cat itself as my kids absolutely loved having the cats around and stroking them however, our room was located near the swimming pool to which there was some form of cat litter and everytime we left our room and came back it was always smelling so strong of cat poo!! Our kids even stepped in it which was disgusting. We would recommend they get it cleaned up everyday it’s the area near the pool at the back near reception. That’s our only bad point! Would recommend the hotel to get it cleaned up everyday as it’s smelled disgusting but apart from that we had an amazing experienced and definitely wan to go back again. I’ve added a picture of the area I’m speaking about. But thankyou for an amazing service.
