Went for a midweek break. The host’s Cheryl & Hans welcomed us, and took care of all our need's. The unit with the hot tub was a bonus. The resort is pet friendly and our little pup 🐶 made some new friends and enjoyed the beautiful hiking trail with us. The resort is peaceful with amazing views. Chef Mitch prepared amazing food, that we enjoyed while drinking a glass of wine next to the river. Will definitely return.

We stayed 3 nights, using one of the cottages, but also using our tent at times. We had a fantastic time - the reserve hiking trails are great, plenty of streams and splash areas for kids (or adults), and the food was amazing. In fact, my kids say the pizza was some of the best they've ever had! We'll definitely be back.

Un endroit merveilleux en pleine nature et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Les lodges sont situées à proximité des falaises d’escalade et nous pouvons parcourir de beaux sentiers de randonnée dans la réserve. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Warren qui a développé ce havre de paix.

Absolutely brilliant location. Campsites are level and fully grassed. Lots of shady trees. Stunning scenery and lots of things to keep the kids and adults entertained. Highly recommend a stay here.

Spent a lovely three days with Warren and Sam at Rocky Drift. Great scenery, quiet (except for running water) and welcoming. Great place for walks up and down the valley and swimming in rock pools. Good food and huge portions.

Firstly It is an awesome lication. Nestled in the valley between with mountains on either side and a river running through the resort,absolutely breathtaking. We totally enjoyed the hiking trails and scenery. And then, thank you very much for the hosts for letting us feel like friends Samuel and Alettha

We spent 2 nights in the Mills Cottage, which has a patio overlooking the Joubert Spruit. There are various walks/hikes that you can do and the scenery is stunning. The birding is great and i saw the Narina Trogons on two of my walks. The restaurant provides great food at a reasonable price. We will be back - but next time we will stay for at least 3 nights!

We had such a lovely stay. Our campsite had shade all day and the whole camps grass is kept neat and clean. The ablutions are very clean. The dogs can run free, and they enjoyed swimming in the waterfall with us, what a beautiful hike!

Our hiking group of 16 people camped at Rocky Drift over the weekend of 27 October to experience the hiking trails on the property. We had previously done a day hike on the reserve in June 2022, and so impressed the picturesque beauty and pristine environment that we decided to return for a camping weekend. We were not disappointed. The camp sites are immaculate and well laid out. The ablutions are the best I have experienced at any camp site, and would not be out of place in a 3 star hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant and the service was impeccable and with great food. A big thank you to Warren and Sam for their wonderful service and hospitality
