We were really excited about this stay because what we’ve seen on the photographs yet it was a real disappointment. First of all, the distance between the car park and hotel is not just 150m as the hotel’s sign shows, it is almost 650m and it is almost impossible to walk that kind of distance with your luggages, especially if you are with kids. The hotel sends a golf car if you call them which kind of helps this problem but it creates an obligation to that service. Secondly, the room is exactly the same as they presented on the photographs but with just one major difference, the view. The view was just a cement wall as you can see from my photographs. We were expecting a tremendous river view with ducks and trees but we got a wall, that’s it. Last but not least, the room has a really bad smell because of a previous problem on water system I guess. As you can see from the photos again there are moldy areas in the bathroom and the carpet floor was deformed and created a problem while closing our door. The breakfast and staff was ok but the facility is not. I definitely not recommend this hotel.

It's next on the Danube, so you see all sorts of birds passing by. We were welcomed by a rainbow. The park next to it is also very beautiful. On the other hand, the location is a bit away from the center, but they have buggies that takes you / picks up from a point where you can take a taxi / go to Belgrade's biggest shopping mall nearby. The spa is good and well maintained & great work by the gentleman there who manages it. Breakfast is good. We took a triple room and the room size was just about ok to fit everything.

The sanitation is good and relatively clean. The room is usually cleaned in the afternoon. There is a bath + steam room, which needs to be booked in advance. It is very relaxing and recommended. For tourists who like river views, this place is still good. The windows of the rooms on the first floor have screens. I open the windows during the day. It is very bright and I have never encountered mosquitoes. The breakfast is European style. The chicken nuggets are fresh and juicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Good reviews. Coffee is provided. Let's talk about the disadvantages: 1. Don't cook dinner, you have to go out to eat. There is a shopping mall 1.3 kilometers to the southeast, and there are shopping malls/Little Chili Peppers/Long Dingsheng/Hot Pot, etc. about 1.5-1.8 kilometers to the southwest. In short, you have to walk. 2. The bathroom is very lacking a small table for temporary placement of shampoo/shower gel/soap when taking a bath, otherwise you have to go in and out to get it back and forth. 3. The sound insulation is not very good, and the footsteps upstairs are very heavy.

The hotel is by the river, one bus stop away from Usce AVM. The rooms are small but very warm. We warmed up very well on cold Belgrade days. I recommend it as a location for those who like to walk in April and May.

The hotel is good in terms of location, view and cleanliness. There is no parking problem. I recommend it.

The breakfast was quite to my liking, especially the tomatoes and cucumbers. In China, I rarely eat raw tomatoes and cucumbers. The room facilities were OK, but the sound insulation was too poor. The people next door were talking loudly. I basically didn't sleep well and felt groggy when I woke up.

The hotel is between Zemun and the old town of Belgrade. Airport bus No. 72 can go directly to the vicinity. Because the hotel is close to the Danube, you have to cross a park after getting off the bus to get there. There are many bars along the Danube. There is also a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about eating. It is very convenient to walk 15 minutes across the lawn to a large shopping mall. You can walk to Zemun Town and the Chinese Cultural Center along the Danube. You can see local residents exercising in the park at any time. The life experience is very good. The room facilities are complete. I specially booked a river view room. When I opened the curtains, I saw the Danube. Because it is close to the water, I had to pay attention to mosquito prevention. European characteristics do not provide toothpaste and slippers. I don’t know why. We stayed for two days and the room was not cleaned.

The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

The cottage by the river is very quiet, the bed is comfortable and the service is thoughtful. Ducks will swim outside the window at night. But the bathroom has no hot water, which should not happen for a 4-star hotel.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The front desk lady is super nice and helpful. The restaurant only provides breakfast. In the evening, you can only order drinks. The prices are very affordable. It would be better if there was dinner.

It's OK. There was a buzzing sound in the room, and I couldn't fall asleep until I pulled out the room card at night. The hotel is by the river in the park, and you have to walk a distance after getting off the taxi. It's far from the city, so there's nothing to do.

According to Google map, the hotel is at a small intersection. As soon as we arrived at the intersection, three dogs ran out and chased me and my friend. We were so scared that we dropped our boxes and ran away. In the end, the dogs kept barking near the boxes. A local uncle drove them away with a stick. Then we called the hotel to pick us up. The staff said that there was something wrong with the map, but they didn't do anything to comfort us. The guy who picked us up said that this had never happened to a guest before and he felt sorry. When we checked in, the front desk didn't say anything. It was really scary in the middle of the night.
