very bad experience. When I CHECKIN, I told the front desk that I needed needle and thread. The front desk promised 20 minutes, but they didn't deliver it for four hours. Later, I went downstairs and told the front desk that I needed slippers, cotton pads, needles, and hangers. Slippers and a razor were delivered ten minutes later, so drunk! Had to call again, and finally it was delivered. Stayed for a total of four nights and rarely saw the front desk staff smile. Feeling very bad. There is no place to eat breakfast in the hotel, so it can only be delivered to the room in cardboard boxes. Otherwise, it is very troublesome to go to the WESTIN next door for breakfast.
