Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit en famille dans cet hôtel, avec un bébé de 3 mois. À proscrire avec des bébés ou des personnes âgées. L’hôtel dispose d’un minuscule ascensseur, impossible d’y mettre plus d’un adulte et 2 valises. Une poussette ne rentre pas, tout juste un maxi cosi. Très embêtant pour accéder à la salle de déjeuner et aux chambres. Nous avons dû porter la poussette dans les escaliers sur plus de 5 étages, ça n’en finit pas pour les jambes!! Idem pour l’accès au parking, il faut prendre les escaliers ou faire tout un détour dans la ville. Pas de table à langer dans les toilettes communes. Point positif : l’emplacement et le déjeuner, qui sont encore pas mal relativement au reste de l’hôtel très sommaire…

Non funziona wifi. non trovo mai nessuno in reception. Ottima ben fornita la colazione.......... 20 minuti circa per avere acqua calda in doccia ,............................ ...................................................

We received a friendly welcome. We were given a very nice room on the 6th floor at the back. Large room, nice bathroom, small balcony. View of the mountains, of one of the 3 castles, over the roofs of the city. Very quiet hotel. Proximity to the train station is ideal. Only 5 minutes on foot. We didn't hear any trains at the back despite the window being open. Breakfast is at the very bottom of the building. The room has no windows, but is very bright and nicely furnished. Nice breakfast buffet is always freshly refilled. All the staff are very friendly. You get a 10% discount in the hotel's own restaurant. You have to ask for the free tourist card (free travel in Ticino and many discounts), you don't get it straight away in the hotel! The furniture is older. The bed is very good. However, given the high price of the room, we hadn't expected the towels to be worn out and some with holes in them.

Certainly sufficient for a short city trip. The beds are in a bad condition. The breakfast is worthy of 2 stars. The location, however, is absolutely top-notch and the price/performance ratio is reasonable.
