Hotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

Espetacular. Hotel entrega uma das melhores noites de sono que já tive. Atendimento de excelência e um ótimo café da manhã. já o restaurante, deixa a desejar, mas Belo Horizonte possuí bons restaurantes. Palmas para o omelete do café da manhã

Hotel maravilhoso, tudo lindo, arquitetura e interiores impecável. Quarto super confortável, com tudo o que é necessário e sem exageros. Café da manhã muito bom. Restaurante ótimo. Atendimento excelente também, equipe super gentil, atenciosa e competente. Muito vontade já de retornar.

Melhorar staff do estacionamento e recepção. Pela chancela FASANO, acho que um bom treinamento seria válido. Apenas três pessoas foi nota máxima; Eduarda do bar noturno, Leonardo e Daniela do café da manhã, Daniela e o Mâitre que me atenderam no restaurante domingo à noite.

Pretty hotel in a nice neighborhood. My room was neat and I enjoyed the welcome bonbons. I stayed here overnight for meetings in Belo Horizonte. It was overall a good hotel for business but less nice and a tad less professional than other Fasanos. E.g., the person at reception asked me when “Mr. Moreno” was joining (there was no “Mr.” because obviously this was a business trip).

padrão fasano. tudo certo. atendimento excelente. o lobby amplo e o restaurante-bar se misturam perfeitamente. o quarto tem tamanho médio, sem vista. a área de spa é acanhada. bom fitness, mas podia ser um pouco mais equipado. mas de longe o melhor de BH. café da manha bem farto.

Hotel padrão da rede Fasano, staff despreparado. Cafe da manhã não está incluso na diária, por isso minha secretária fez o pagamento na véspera, no valor de R$157. Funcionária Alice da recepção não tinha controle e queria cobrar duplamente. Quando expliquei e mostrei a fatura do meu cartão, a funcionária ficou nervosa e mostrou completo despreparo. Incompatível com o padrão da rede.
