Always love this hotel. Have been staying there since it first opened. Staff is great. Mahesh was very friendly and kept the room up to the mark and was always available with anything related to the room. Food at the Kitchen and the Sunday brunch are always items my family looks forward to. I always recommend this place.

One place where i can give 5 stars for everything in Bangalore!! Perfect location if u want to be in the heart of the city and enjoy great hospitality. Ayush at the front desk and Nishanth at the club lounge need special mention but everyone there were excellent. Rooms were very nice and service was top class.

This hotel is a must if you are staying in Bengaluru. The bed is to die for, the most comfortable bed in all India. Breakfast is top notch with an extremely variety of Eastern and western options including stations with fresh cooking for omelets, dosa, pancakes, paratha. All delicious. The rooms are impeccable with utmost comfort. And most importantly, the staff at the hotel are the most welcoming people I have ever met, they provided professional and welcoming service making sure that we had everything we needed. For example, we stayed there for two legs of our trip. The front desk manager Neel Modi, met us the first time and gave us a tour of the hotel and room and made sure we had everything we needed. He also provided us with his contact so we could give him a heads up when we came back for our second stay few days later. He made sure everything was PERFECT and went above and beyond to make us feel confortable, taken care off, and cared about. He is the very best. In our last night we were in need for a last minute ride to the airport, he made sure everything was taken care of without us having to worry. He is a fixer!!! You cannot miss this place if you come to Bengaluru, highly recommended
