La opinión la doy teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 5 estrellas y ya ganado el premio a mejor hotel por lo que no puedes valorarlo como un hotel de 100 euros la noche. Dormí dos días y acabé con dolor de espalda los colchones son blandisimos, el Spa es muy pobre no tiene nada más que una sauna y una piscina que está fría y los precios muy altos. Ahora lo bueno, el buffet es excelente, el personal es muy majo, todo el jardín es ideal. Instalaciones muy cuidadas.

They reduced the service and closed most restaurants. The pools are only open until 7 PM. It's also not a family Hotel, it has signs everywhere to be quite, to not use certain things and not to take the bathrobe out of the room... Even as half the hotel was empty, they gave us a dark room without a view. We ordered Asian food, as it seems to be an Asian resort. It had absolutely no taste and there was no asian cook involved at all. The prices are very high and if you want to use the SPA (even as a hotel guest) they charge you again. They show on the website a very nice high-end resort and when you are there it is middle class with to high prices. I would not recommend going there, there are much better options in Spain where you get more.

Este hotel es impresionante, tienen varias piscina cuál más bonita. El único fallo que vi fue que de todos los restaurantes que tenían…solo abrían uno por la noche (imagino que por ser un martes), pero siendo un hotelazo deberían de haber más para poder elegir. El desayuno de 10 (había de todo), las comidas muy ricas y la atención buena. Tuvieron un detalle muy bonito por el cumpleaños de mi marido. Es un poco caro pero la verdad que merece la pena.

Mooi hotel, prachtige tuin, lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel. We verbleven een midweek tegen het einde van september, ideaal qua drukte, nergens aanschuiven. We hadden formule half pension, gevarieerd aanbod buffet, elke avond een ander thema. Hotelbezetting was ongeveer 60%. Ook al betreft het een groot complex, valt dit niet op door de verschillende niveaus, alles netjes verspreid. Wat ons betreft een aanrader.

Booked this hotel for its romantic location (getaway for myself and my wife) and the photos online look great. Unfortunately I feel like from the moment that we checked in to the moment we left, we were treated like an inconvenience by every staff member we came across. The grounds are nice but I cannot think of any other positive comment. I am not sure if they dislike English guests (seemed that way) but it's not the beautiful hideaway you'd think because you end up nervous to interact with staff. Rooms aren't great for the price and although the food it good, the staff ruin the whole experience. As for a beer, they act as if you've asked for filtered mineral water freshly extracted from the Alps. Ask a question about the food, and you might as well have demanded their first born.

Una experiencia muy buena, desde que entramos al Hotel hasta que nos fuimos. No tenemos queja de nadie del personal y la atención recibida Hotel expectacular y las piscinas fantásticas. Destacar toda la vegetación, muy bien cuidada. Habitación doble de luxe, muy bien y tuvieron un detalle con nosotros, con cava y bombones, muchas gracias. Lo peor el Café horrible!!!! y caro. No entendemos como pueden hacerlo tan malo, con lo fácil que sería con Nespresso, por ejemplo, e ir a lo seguro. Por favor deberían considerarlo, ya que un hotel de esa categoría debería cuidar. El spa no fuimos. El buffet muy bueno y con bebidas, un 10. El desayuno bueno también. Pudimos salir más tarde de la habitación y sin coste. Unos detalles que no hemos tenido nunca en ningún hotel. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable.

Hotel muy bonito, ideal para descansar y desconectar. Piscinas muy bonitas y tranquilas, el que estén algunas climatizadas es ideal para días no muy calurosos. En los restaurantes la comida es excepcional y los cocteles en los bares muy buenos. Destacar el trato del personal que hacen que la estancia sea muy agradable. Una cosa que deben mejorar es controlar el tema de las hamacas en las piscinas. La gente maleducada pone las toallas y desaparece durante horas, haciendo que las personas que si van a utilizar la piscina se tengan que poner con la toalla en la hierba. Creo que deberían controlarlo cada cierto tiempo y quitar las toallas del que no esté para que los demás huéspedes puedan disfrutar. Otra de las cosas a mejorar es avisar al huésped cuando realice la reserva que debe reservar los restaurantes con tiempo ya que tuvimos una mala experiencia nada más llegar con este tema. Habíamos ido a este hotel unos días a celebrar el aniversario y justamente no había hueco para cenar el día de la celebración, la responsable con la que hablamos no nos dio un trato a la altura del hotel, suerte que al dia siguiente hablamos con otra compañera y nos lo solucionó. Sabiendo esto volveremos a repetir reservando con antelación los mismos para evitar pasar un mal rato. Por lo demás, es un paraíso.

Maravilloso hotel para desconectar… el servicio, las piscinas, los restaurantes todo excelente. Un hotel para repetir. El spa es maravilloso, y la piscina que tiene es excelente. Espero repetir pronto. La habitaciones son perfectas para descansar y la ropa de cama nos ha encantado.

L hôtel est dans le style “asiatique “ au moins pour ses jardins, ses toits coniques et sa musique de couloirs. Quant aux services, nous avons dû attendre car la chambre n était pas prête malgré notre arrivée après le Check in. Notre coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas et l hôtel a mis plus de 30 minutes à trouver une solution ; nous bloquant alors pour notre sortie de la journée. Nous avons demandé des cocktails au bord de la piscine vers 18:15 et plus de 45 min après, toujours rien… Le buffet du dîner n est lui non plus pas à la hauteur des 5 étoiles ( les plats semblent “industriels”, peu de choix, pas de laits végétaux sauf à les demander ..) Pour nous, il n est clairement pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles pour lequel nous avons payé 845€ pour la chambre de luxe avec 2 enfants et demi pension.
