Stayed for 2 nights in December Got a cheap deal half board and decided to go with friends . 4 of us ( 2 couples) Very clean bedroom and ensuite . Wardrobe with hangers inside and safe in room which we didn't use but I reckon there would be a fee to use it. Fridge in our room, which had a couple of bottles of water upon arrival . Ate dinner one night. Wasn't alot of choice but I'd say that was due to time of year . Food was not very warm also. Staff lovely, very friendly and attentive. Would return and would recommend. The location was perfect.
Stayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return.

This is a very beautiful hotel, the gardens and pool areas are truly spectacular, however….. There is minimal service at the pools, it is difficult to get a drink and impossible to get any food or snacks which is a great shame as they could capitalise on this. Instead you are charged for changing your pool towel during the day €2 I believe which is pointless and only makes the customer angry at the meanness of such an expensive hotel. The pools are not heated - even the heated pool doesn’t feel heated. Although there are many restaurants they are not open every day - usually only one or two are open so it’s not quite the choice it appears. The quality of the food is poor and greatly overpriced. At the Italian restaurant the food was very poor except for the Mille Fueille dessert which was incredible - the pastry and the presentation were stunning. The main restaurant at the weekends is so overcrowded, it’s impossible to even get a pot of coffee as there are not enough staff. The room itself was the lowest available and perfect with a small garden. There wasn’t any milk for a cup of tea which would improve the stay for me anyway. I would like to say that one particular chap at the adult pool (at the bottom right of the gardens) he worked so hard all day keeping the beds, parasols and towels in order, keeping his customers happy - he was very conscientious about his job and really should be recognised for this. He worked Saturday and Sunday until around 4pm (that was 02/10/22) I would go back because the grounds and hotel in general are a treat for the eye but I would eat out elsewhere unless the prices are greatly reduced. Don’t be put off but be aware of a few faults which could be easily mended.
Woww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view.
The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth.
I am 100% recommended this hotel

GGuest UserLet me tell you that you are the service of TRIP.COM. You have charged me the fee for closing the hotel reservation. I have received the confirmation from TRIP.COM via email, reservation number, room, etc. Of course, you also charge me I got there for work reasons. I was surprised that the hotel was closed during the pandemic. It’s not a coincidence. No, you seem to be unprofessional. I sent you an email condemning it. On this matter, you know what you told me is that there are a lot of emails in the queue. If you provide deceptive services and deceive me, I plan to condemn people who you don’t enter as soon as possible. This won’t surprise me. , Because this situation is not developing well, so I plan to publish it on all networks as soon as possible, and even plan to do so for a group of people who have the same experience as me.
In the photo, you can see my confirmation.
Since the hotel has no problem, I gave the highest score. On the contrary, I have been chatting with them, very friendly.
GGuest UserThe food was best we have had in Benidorm.
Had a disabled room which was nice but disappointed disabled people have no access to get in to the pool or up to the top level where most of the sun is in the winter
Prior to our stay I had read previous reviews (thanks to those who posted) and agree with a lot of the positive comments. It was our first visit and we went for New Year. Our room overlooked the pool and had positives and negatives! Yes the walls are thin and you can hear the TV and chatter from the rooms next door. Yes - thanks to previous tips we took our own kettle, tea and cups etc so we could have our morning cuppa. The shower was really good - walk in - so no struggling to climb in and out of a bath. Would have liked some storage in the bathroom to house toiletries etc. View over the pool was good. The bar was very pleasant, reasonable prices, good measures and excellent staff. The entertainment provided was good too and after trying some of the entertainment in the local clubs a couple of times - we decided we preferred our hotel! Nice to see both locals and visitors getting up to dance. New Years Eve Gala was really good and very well planned, the ”One Beatle” entertainer was excellent. We went down to the beach before midnight to watch the fireworks. We were a bit underwhelmed and only found out the following day that the main display takes place at UK time - i.e. 1 a.m. !!! Thats a lesson learned! Thanks to all staff - always pleasant and helpful and hotel is spotlessly clean.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, but the staff is very uncoordinated...we asked if we could have dinner in the hotel restaurant and they told us yes, when we went down to the restaurant they said no. They did not agree with each other, very bad for a 4-star hotel, staff with zero experience.
WWendy anayaI went to spend my birthday with my best friend and we loved the hotel with great views, the cleanliness was 10, the staff was very friendly, the spectacular buffet was super well organized, clean and offered us everything, I loved the pool, and a wonderful terrace☺️ we will return
Overall a good 4 night stay! Stayed in a club room which was fine for us. Room nice enough but a bit dated! Areas in bathroom a bit mouldy.shower head over bath about falling off. Cleaners came daily changed towels and made beds. Didn't look like much else done daily If honest but fine for us. Never tried spa so can't comment on that. Pool area was fine, plenty loungers available. Could hire towels but we used our own. Hubby used pool but to cold for me even with temperature being late 20's. We were all inclusive and food was fine, always found something to eat. Brekkie particularly nice. Drinks fine but limited with cocktails when all inclusive. White Wine fine with lemonade but tried without and didn't like at all. Husband enjoyed the beer. Staff were in the most lovely! Animation team nice. Thought all inclusive drinks ending at 12mn too early! And on check out day which is 12pm bands cut off straight away. No late check out available. I would return here for a short stay but not any longer.
BBenjaminGreat little hotel right on the beach front next to shopping street. Great views from the balcony overlooking the sea and palm trees. Was a great place to stay and good value. Had breakfast at cafes nearby as I prefer that than in the dining room indoors (doesn’t have outdoor seating) especially as it’s all so close or just sitting with my own food on the lovely sunny balcony.
Negative first. It’s up a hill. Even with the back entrance you still have to walk up a steep hill. You have the best views. The apartments are large and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is there. Both bathrooms are modern with walk in showers. The living room is large and well lite. You have 3 balconies and can catch rays all day long! The staff are wonderful. I had a problem with washing machine (think it was me), they sorted it. A plug was loose, they sorted it. In both cases, within minutes. So if you are okay with the hill, this is a wonderful place to stay.
3 stars? Should be at least 4 Excellent bed linen. No heavy, scratchy blankets, but instead we got lovely soft fleecy throws. Roomy terrace. Terrace got the sun until well into the late afternoon, loads of room to relax and read or sunbathe. Brilliant shower. Pressure of shower was great. So often the water is a trickle when abroad but this was a great shower. Food was VERY Spanish, which is absolutely fine but due to gut issues I am a restricted eater, I did always find something but pickings were slim some nights. Perhaps some more options could be offered. The food that was there was of a very high quality. Great location, not far from amenities and the beach. Thank you Montesol, would definitely recommend ⭐
SSusy CollWe had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.
