Great hotel! This is the best hotel where my wife and I have ever been, magnificent architecture from the outside. The room itself has high ceilings and is very clean, freshly renovated!

Great online check in. Key pad entry to building and room so felt safe. Room was lovely, modern, v comfy bed, lovely bathroom and shower. All v clean.
Lift to room for cases.
Great location, 10 min walk from train station and v close to the best little icecream place on the next street

Sono stata in questo albergo diverse volte e mi sono trovata sempre benissimo. L hotel si trova in uno splendido palazzo signorile nel centro di Bergamo. La pulizia é ottima. Il punto forte di questo hotel è la posizione centralissima. L hotel non ha una reception aperta 24/24, Si accede in autonomia con dei codici quindi consiglio a chi prenota di essere celere nell ‘effettuare il check in online. Perfetto.

Stayed here last minute after our flight got cancelled and booked via *********** Spotlessly clean and lovely room - we were basically there to put our head down until 4am Found it slightly impersonal - but that might suit others - I personally like the thought of reception staff being around - they are apparently at the end of the phone tho. Found the check in a bit stressful also - all done with ur phone to unlock the doors and couldn’t help worrying if I lost my phone !!!! All in all a beautiful building in a lovely central part of Bergamo

Disappointed upon arrival that the bathroom had been neglected. No shower get or hand soap. Also the toilet roll was empty. I did want to shower as it was 10pm when we arrived. The next morning I spoke to the cleaner to rectify this.

The room was modernly furnished with warm but soft colors. The bathroom in particular is very nice. We rested well both due to the tranquility of the room and the quality of the mattress. Access to the facility and room was quick and efficient with the use of a PIN to open the doors. However, without a reception, the procedure was impersonal.
