The front desk service is very satisfactory and responsive. The kitchen utensils are not very complete. The location is very good. There are supermarkets around and it is very close to the attractions. You can reach them on foot.

This apartment is great. The sofa bed is well made by the time we check in which is a very welcoming gesture. We were there for christmas, the apartment is very near to the Christmas market. A very centralised location. You have all you need in the apartment.

Our family of four booked a four-person family room. We arrived at the hotel at 20:00 in the evening. The front desk of the hotel was off work (not 24 hours a day), so we called the self-service Check-in, but when we got to the room, we found that the sofa bed had not been laid Checked the room and there were no quilts, sheets or pillows! Bad review
