Ardmore Guest Farm

We had a great time at this lovely residence! The area is beautiful and there is a lot to do. The food there is delicious and the staff very friendly. We ended our stay with a nice wine tasting on top of the mountain. Organiser Ross told interesting information, it was very enjoyable!

I had the pleasure to take my hubby, Mom and my furbaby Kukus, and spend a few days at Ardmore, from making the reservations with Ross, to meeting Mia & Jason, Management was accommodating and kind. “Nurse” our Waitress made us feel right at home, giving that extra touch you want, after a hard working year – What a lovely LADY. Later in the week we met Sharon, our other waitress, eager to help. Bruce – couldn't wait to meet our chef’s “Phindi & Egness” after the amazing food they prepared - thank you for the delicious food (Accommodating Mom with her requests) From the perfect poached soft egg for breakfast to the best desserts at night, trust me your taste buds will enjoy all of it. (The curry needs a bit more spice, - good for a bunny 😁) Portions are perfect, a wide variety of food, Loved the South African meal of the day. The 2 ladies in Housekeeping are so friendly; they do a great job in keeping your chalet clean, Thank you for giving mom more FARM Milk… hehehe..  She loved it, really coffee pot – the old lady. Our Mountain facing chalet was Beautiful, comfortable and tranquil, the beds are cozy and linen is soft. My HIGH Light was waking up to take Kukus out in the Morning and by our chalet we had this beautiful white Horse.  I couldn’t stop myself from taking a video and sharing with my broadcast list in the city, this amazing scene. (You may also feed the farm animals) Free Wifi offered in chalet, to check phone etc. (only a TV is needed, but that is debatable – I say NO, Mom said YES) If you are looking for time away from the busy city or crazy life, I highly recommend Ardmore Guest farm - The Diamond in the Mountains... I met Sue while she was busy in their picture perfect garden, looking forward to seeing the renovated Ardmore pottery Museum and new SPA. A huge Thank you to the Ardmore Team, you guys are amazing, See you in July to experience a winter with you guys. I'm already sharing our amazing experience with all my VIP clients. Nice located, friendly staff and good food in the restaurant. Make up of the bed could be better. Not clean enough.

We had a great stay at Ardmore, with great hospitality and accommodation. The place has beautiful surroundings, with clean and well-kept facilities - great for all ages!

We had a wonderful 3 days at Ardmore Guest Farm at the end of our South Africa Tour. We were in the Eagle appartment, 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, all very spacious and well decorated. It was the perfect place for hiking and to relax a bit, play pool, table tennis or volleyball while looking at the magnificent Drakensbergen. Very friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable hosts, we loved Ross and his brother :-)

I firstly would like to thank Jason for making our stay absolutely memorable. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and on holiday. My wife and I were upgraded to the Honeymoon suite at no additional cost with breath taking views of the mountains as you step out into the patio. The room was warm ,cosy and very spacious. Its gives you the farm experience and still maintains a holiday feel. Their is plenty to do around and lots of activities to keep the little ones busy. I would recommend future holiday makers to visit Ardmore Guest Farm as their hospitality is top notch. I look forward to visiting in the near future.
