Hotel staff so nice and night shift person who sitting reception is super cool talking sense nice

Hotel is close with Underground rail and bus stops but it’s really noisy since it’s in the middle of everything

This was a very good location in Berlin. I was able to walk around safely and get to some great places I wanted to visit, and there's plenty of restaurants in the area and a train, too. The room was clean and in good shape, and they offered a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and helpful, as well.

Good location; just 1 minute away from the nearest U bahn station. Supermarket, restaurants and cafe can be found nearby. Basic amenities such as hair dryer in room.

I was given a handicap room so thought it was really spacious. Really clean too and didn’t have an issue with noise.

overall experience was ok. the staffs were quite nice and there is luggage storage service. however, hot water runs out sometimes

Good location. But too hot to live in. No AC or a fan. Don’t recommend to stay in summer.

The room is big and clean. Location is good as it is extremely near to a metro station. Just 1 min walk away. The problem is the room that we were staying in was near to the road. It is kind of noisy. Furthermore, it is without an aircon and fan. The worst thing is the lift has not been working for days. We have to carry our luggage up and down 4th storey high upon check-in and check-out. So, if you do not mind the noise, non air-con, etc, then this place is good for you for a night stay.

The location is very nice for traveller ! Just few meters away from U-Bahn Bülowstraße. There is also a bus stop next to the hotel. It’s convenient to go to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. The room wasn’t very soundproof. Neighbours were so noisy at midnight…. I could hear what were they talking abou about! Besides, it was not very clean but acceptable. Curtains were dusty and the room was dark… Staff were generally nice and helpful.

At the late night, the warm shower turned cold. The towel was so old and it has some holes. There was no air conditioner and we should opened the windows to a very noisy street.

An affordable place to stay with a good location - right next to a station and a bus stop. Everything was tidy and clean!

The hotel is very well located next to a metro station and in front of it there is a bus, M85 that takes you to the main train station. The Turkish place next door offers amazing fresh kebabs. The city tour bus is just 20 min walk or couple of stations ride. The room was clean, the breakfast was having good varieties. The only missing part was the air conditioner, but the weather was good and we could sleep the night without it.

No personal amenities inside. Room is so small and old.

Good location next to the station. Rooms had a decent size. We got a room on the top floor which was quite hot during summer, so we requested a fan and got one. Several restaurants are also in very short walking distance.
