Stayed for two nights, the bed sheets were fine, the towels were not changed, the breakfast was worse than other boutique hotels of the same price, the service staff was also of poor quality, the waiters in the restaurant would not pay attention to you except to say hello, the front desk was friendly but unprofessional, especially the woman, her emotional management ability made me suspect she had mental problems, I asked politely about printing, she didn't know how to type, stuck at one of the steps, in fact, I could just say that I didn't know, but she suddenly raised her tone and repeated loudly: This is what I don't know! Mycket trevligt hotell med bra service! Frukosten var kanonfin! För oss var läget perfekt, som inte vill bo mitt i stan. En kvarts promenad från Alexanderplatz, och max 5 min till både spårvagn och tunnelbana.

Over-all my stay was good, but there were a few things that kept the experience from being outstanding. In no particular order, my room was tiny. I knew I was booking a small room; but this was so small, it really shouldn't be classified as a "room"! The water in the shower only got barely hot. It constantly felt as if the hot water might run out at any minute. There was only a duvet on the bed: no sheet, so one was either too hot or too cold. The gym which is advertised to be right around the corner is numerous blocks away. Breakfast was great, but I thought it came with the hotel. I was charged 18 euros per day for that. The bar was very nice, but I was always the only one there. And if you're looking forward to communing with people from other countries, this isn't the place for you. Most guests are American, because Rick Steves apparently has listed this as a good place to stay.
