Could be a good hotel but not at this price! And the breakfast is a joke

Awful! The staff at reception have no knowledge of anything, they are disrespectful, aggressive. And they always invent something to try to keep your money.

The hotel is VERY well located and the room is spacious and well ventilated. The hotel staff is friendly and helps a lot. However, the entire room is covered with a carpet that looks dirty and stained. Overall, however, I think it's worth the stay. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay well located and not spend a lot.

It was a last minute find and I honestly was not disapointed! Spotless clean room- my bed was very comfy and the bathroom was soo clean. New towels each day and the fridge kept my water cool. It was very quiet in the hotel corridoor meaning I could sleep soundly.I was on the 3rd floor and occasional cars drove by during the night as I left both windows open but as I am a light sleeper I used my block noise earpods to help. All in all 5/5 and the receptionist was very kind.

Location in city centre, close to many places to visit. Markets, restaurants and cafe's are everywhere. From the outside, the hotel does not look special. Rooms are reasonable, considering the rates. Paid parking in basement, unless you bring a car that is above 1,50 in height. I was lucky to be allowed to park in the garden behind the hotel. In the surroundings there parking is a problem.

Horrible hotel ! Please go away don’t go here! Hotel is really a nightmare. Service is zero and they have no idea about what a service means. The rooms are not clean and smells dirty. If you make a mistake with booking it’s your fault no cancel option or money back. Breakfast is minimal as like just filter coffee.

Please dont book this hotel, i tried to book but made a mistake and its not possible to change. Had to o though CC company and start a dispute. Its the worst hotel I ever tried to book. The customer service is terrible and please avoid this hotel. I booked a other hotel and will never stay at this place again.

Small rooms that were advertised as double rooms. No city views as advertised. When I complained about the room, I was told by reception not to argue. Please do not book this hotel. They said there was a mini bar but it was a tiny empty fridge. No kettle or iron.

The hotel has no “ambience” but belongs to the “simple” category. The price for the overnight stay is totally overpriced. The reviews on the homepage are probably written by yourself. The elevator didn't work, the towels were partially frayed and the carpet was worn through. The breakfast was very simple. The staff was friendly. - No recommendation.

Assolutamente in linea con le aspettative. Molto comodo per i mezzi , personale gentile e disponibile, camera pulita e funzionale, colazione abbondante, magari un po' ripetitiva giorno dopo giorno. Lo consiglio sicuramente

Ich hatte das Hotel gebucht und anschließend die Rezensionen gelesen weshalb ich mit dem schlimmsten gerechnet habe. Ich muss allerdings sagen dass nichts von dem was zuvor beschrieben wurde eingetreten ist. Das Hotel ist klein, sauber, das Personal freundlich und es war alles völlig in Ordnung und zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
