Hice mi reservación desde enero porque teníamos una boda el fin de semana en noviembre. El hotel canceló mi reservación un par de semanas antes sin razón alguna. En el mismo instante en el que me llegó la notificación de la app llamé para revisar que había pasado y pedir me reinstalaran. Me comentaron que no era posible reinstalar y que ellos no habían cancelado, que debía haber sido problema de expedía. Revisé con ******* y me confirmaron que la cancelación la había hecho el hotel (imágenes). Platicando con la novia, me comentó que a 2 de sus primos también les hicieron lo mismo en este hotel.
