Betong Merlin Hotel Reviews

The room is spacious 👍 The bed is big size 👍 The wardrobe is dirty. The room, furniture & toilet are old look tired. Wifi connection in room is so weak & no signal. Location of the hotel in middle town but the building is at the back of Merlin Plaza, quite difficult to find via waze or google map. Car park in building is limited & have to give the car key to car attendant because need to double park. Please remember to buy sim card when you arrive Betong because your international roaming won’t work in Betong, Pattani & Narathiwat.

Not much parking spaces, pretty much the same for all most hotel at Betong. What I don't like it got charged for bottled water , not well notified at the room, notice only at check out counter inform the water is not free, bad, very bad

Hotel location us good ,is quite for sleeping, Restaurants is just near by,but just the mattress is not so comfortable

The unseen area eg behind TV was very dusty. Some of the guests were smoke at the end of the corridor. Hotel didn't provide kettle, coffee or tea bag. Swimming pool under renovation. Good location, near to pub, market, restaurant etc.

Come to join marathon Betong Near stadium and street Wall not sound prove and toilet need improve cleanliness

Location is good. Just the hotel look too old no renovation. The bed and pillow sleep not nice. Air conditioning also feel so hot.

Old setup and furniture.. Toilet slippery, need improve. Carpet is old too

Very old hotel with no USB Socket and only have Thai 2 pin electric socket. Bathroom sink tap leaking. Toilet need flush many times.

Very satisfied with the hotel staf service. I have really enjoy it. Very good location

The front desk staff is very friendly. The location is good and very convenient. Walking distance to Mini Big C, 7E, and K-Mart. However, the soundproofing is very bad and I can hear my neighbor talking also the music down there from the pubs. A reminder, Roaming is not supported in Betong, and the Hotel Wi-Fi only able to connected at Lobby but not in the room. Must buy a Thai SIM card.
