Although location is very good, if we talk of prices then its not so worth...Food Quality and number of Varities are very less...Spa is under process...Cycling was also under process...so acitivity parts was also not much to spend whole day in resort...in terms of services...it was good and yes at the time of check out you will get many calls for asking....WHEN R U CHECKING OUT...continously in every 5 mins...i too got 3 calls in every 5 mins time frame for asking of check out...

Location is so scenic and beautiful. Staff is very courteous and cooperative. We went with toddlers who had so much fun in their playing area. The were also provided special baby food. Overall had an amazing experience. Highly recommend this resort.

we had an wonderful staycation at the property. The crew took care of us really well from the time we checked in till Check out time . Thanks to Ashwini , Savitha, Subramani. The suite was well maintained and clean. The food was top notch. Thanks to Pankaj. The plantation walk lead by apacchu and lohitashwa was very informative. Overall the hospitality was too good. Looking forward to visit again .

Coorg Cliff Resort - The staff should be given more than 5 star rating. starting from calling and following up on our travel, A very warm welcome from GM, Lovely Rooms, nice balcony, Big pool and restaurant, Wonderful food, Service at its best, nice view from the pool. They followed up to check we reached safely back to Bangalore also.

Best hospitality and all staff behaviour is so good here’s pool view sunset is mine blowing and food is vey testy and i like bonfire time so much plantations walk is so much good and all property is clean good and very pretty to stay and enjoy …..

It was our first trip with our baby and we loved our stay at the resort. The valley view rooms have a private balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The infinity pool area is really nice. A big shoutout to the staff for being very courteous and offering to help with the baby during our meals. They even have cradles available if required. We also enjoyed the food. Overall we had a great stay and would love to visit again.

There is no words to say … everything was excellent, specially staff members, very friendly and caring also… our Kids wants to come back once more. Even food department is also very nice. They provided us separate food as we are jeans. Thank you all the best, and please do maintain the same thing once again. Thank you.
