In spite of apparently untrained staff, their service is very good. The rooms are clean. However, the suit we stayed in showed lack of hotel design understanding. First, there's no door between the two rooms. That compromised privacy. The curtains are thin and don't stop light. Show one wakes up at 4.30 am as the room is no longer dark. There's no table or suitcase platform. Toilet don't have hot water.

Nice location of hotel,room size of business room very decent Staff courtesy nice, breakfast decent spread. Has dormitory accommodation for drivers which is nice.It would be great if their accommodation can be upgraded to ac with TV, maybe management can charge guests a small amount for this with breakfast for them. This shall benefit them as drivers are also great brand advertisers if not ambassadors.
