It's wonderful stay and my kids enjoyed alot hotel ambiance is very good and their garden is also very nice, best place to spend time when you planning to go bharatpur or fatehpur shikri, the staffs are professional and specially Dilip Parmar ji wo guided us with the bird cetury and sightseeing at agra, food is delicious with a nice buffet, surely visit this place again.

Advantages. Staff is polite, spacious room, neat and clean property. Disadvantages. Food quality is not good and limited options. Toiletries available on call only even all basic amenities are on call only.

Due to booking on mmt we paid close to 5500 per night (incl tax) for their premium room, which is way above the hotel room rent 4200 per night. The pool was dirty. The property is not that well maintained and there is no central cooling in the lobbies. It did not appear to be a 4 star hotel. The room promised was garden facing as per listing on mmt but the hotel front desk confirmed that none of their rooms are garden facing. Food was average but given the lack of options and the hotel not allowing ordering in, we had limited choice. Although, location is definitely an advantage we did not find it value for money.

Great ambience. Food and service is good specially restaurant. I liked the food and it is very delicuous. Thanks to Mr Dilip who help us and he is very polite and humble. Pool is neat and clean. Thanks to entire team. Will visit soon..........

Our was a 2 nights trip. Their restaurant services need to be looked at.The staff are untrained in talking and dealing with the guest.The food options were limited, the breakfast buffet was limited.The staff was extremely slow in refilling the empty containers at buffet. They gave as a all meals inclusive plan, but the meals were very restrictive. i would suggest not to include meals in the travel plan. The restaurant staff needs to learn politeness and courtesy. Restaurant needs to be upgraded

I recently stayed at regenta resort bharatpur, conveniently located near the famous bird sanctuary. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and provided a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. However, there were a few areas where the experience could have been better. The electricity kept going off and on, which was a bit inconvenient. The pool was only cleaned upon request, which should ideally be done regularly. Additionally, the gaming equipment, like the snooker table and carrom board, were quite old and not in the best condition, making them unusable. On the positive side, the food was delicious, although the variety was somewhat limited. The service at the restaurant was generally good, except for one instance during lunch when it took over an hour to serve the food. Overall, the stay was pleasant with some room for improvement. The beautiful location near the bird sanctuary and the comfortable rooms make it a decent choice for a relaxing getaway.

The room was quite small as i booked executive suit, there was no proper facilities available like slippers, towel etc. Bed sheet was dirty with spots
