Initially i was septic about booking the rooms but it all changed after i reached the royal oak luxury hotel. The rooms were clean, i had a pleasant stay and the hotel staffs were very helpful. Only thing i felt it could do better was about parking vehicles

I come to know about royal oak hotel of bhatkal from makemytrip. I was looking for hotel according to my job in which this hotel perfectly fits. Food veg and non veg delicious. Especially non veg outstanding. Services are concerned then staff well supportive and well behaved in every manner.

Room bedsheets were torn and the ac not working properly. And there is a smell in the room and you wont get water always. You need to cal them often. Restaurant were pathetic. 1. 5hrs to have breakfast. Many people in many table just left after ordering and waited for their food. Extremely bad managed restaurant. Only two people to serve entire hotel with 20+ tables. No menu is available at restaurant.

Short and sweet stay with delicious breakfast. The rooms are good and clean, but the view from the room was not so pleasant.

We have booked two rooms. One for 2 a and 1 kid amid another for 3a and 2 1 kid. But for 3a we got one room with no extra bed. When asked they said we dont have bed. Never expected from make my trip

Hotel room was decent and clean. There was constant noise coming from the external ac unit. The complementary breakfast was not buffet. We need to wait for the table first, order the food, again wait and then food comes very late. You can't start your day as planned )

Hotel, ambience, and staff are good. We booked complimentary breakfast lunch + dinner. Though they have both veg & non-veg option, we have been given only a veg option to choose from, and that too there is no customer choice to prefer. We have paid for these meals, and we are not getting it for free. Very bad experience.

it is not even 500 sft. While booking it is showing as single bed but hotel provided small bed like hostel. Room also totally closed no air flow. Not even single window is there. They are allotting worst rooms
