The service at Hotel Ranbanka Heritage is truly top-notch. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests or inquiries. Special mention to Miss. Mahima for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.

Dear management, i regret to inform you that my recent stay at your establishment was highly unsatisfactory due to several glaring issues with the management and facilities provided. I feel compelled to provide feedback to ensure improvements are made for future guests. Firstly, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Wires were visibly protruding from the walls and sockets, posing a safety hazard. Additionally, the bed mattress was worn out and uncomfortable, hindering any chance of a restful sleep. Moreover, the inconvenience of being asked to pay in cash only, with no option for online or card payments, especially late at night, was highly inconvenient and outdated. This lack of flexibility is unacceptable in today's digital age. Furthermore, the absence of basic amenities such as water bottles, with only ro water available, was disappointing. Guests should have easy access to essentials for their comfort and convenience. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff further added to the dissatisfaction. Chewing gutkha at the reception and during service interactions is not only unhygienic but also reflects poorly on the establishment's standards. Overall, my experience was so sub-par that i would advise others to avoid staying at your hotel altogether. It is disheartening to say that i would have received better service and accommodations at a roadside hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to improve the quality of your establishment for future guests.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.Supportive Staff, mid of the town, ample space for parking, hotel premises was clean and maintain hygiene. Room size was decent. Peaceful place.Overall it was a great experience

Good to stay, less costly then other hotels at Bhilwara. Very open place, parking sufficient. Service Good. I felt some problem about searching the main entry gate. Google map taken me at the back side gate, that was close and no body was there, lastly I reached the main entrance. Other wise all things are ok.

From outside the resort looks good but the rooms were really terrible. There was paint coming out from walls. AC made lot of noise. Seems like there is no work done inside the resort from years. Really outdated.

Awesome place to stay with great food, ambient and swimming pool, bar & garden facility and all the other amenities. Spacious room in affordable price, structure is special in this hotel, had a great time. Top notch service provided by the hotel!!!

Resort and location is good. Rooms and washroom are spacious although it needs some maintenance. Food was okay, I was expecting some rajasthani traditional taste but it was just like another restaurant.

The complex is near railway station with nice outside view. food was good but overall ambiance was just OK. Pool and bar area was quite dirty and untidy. The staff was cordial but not very helpful. The

Ranbankas super deluxe rooms are really nice and in night you can sit near pool side open bar restaurant with some nice lighting and music is not that good as they have some really old piece of sound system that could be changed but crowd is good
