Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered.
Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time.
At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave.
At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here.
This hotel is the "Fawlty Towers" of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

After 10:00 you cannot even have a coffee in the hotel, and dinner after 9:00 p.m. is not served. For a hotel that is not centrally located, they should provide more facilities for breakfast if you don't want the €15 buffet that they offer.
Parking is good and free. To go to the center 1km.
