Superb stay😊

Very good hotel, very good service, very delicious breakfast & the hotel is close to every place. I really like this hotel & it is very clean.

It’s located near to the JR station. If you are travelling by JR it would be a good choice. The food was almost run out when we took it at around 8:15. The time for breakfast was from 7 to 9 whereas the checkout time was 10. It would be better if the breakfast time can be extended to at least 9:30.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice gem in a quaint town 

This is a bit aged hotel but I just like it's nostalgia feel of the building, it's layout and very quiet environment make it feel so relaxing for holiday stay. Hotel serve a simple breakfast and free parking beside it, I guess due to the number of traveller and also hotel stuff hence hotel main door will be locked mid night but that bo problem to us at all as nothing much to do really surrounding the area at night. All good and I will consider come back again if got chance in future.

Good location and service.

Hotel is situated in a quiet town and there were no eating places nearby when we checked in in the early evening. Had requested for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room instead. Was unable to change room as there were no other available rooms. Hotel staff provided air fresheners instead.

Cozy for solo. Near train station

This is the first time in Japan that I can give all hotels full marks! There are very few hotels in Biei. When I made the reservation, I thought the price was a bit high. It is the countryside after all. It feels good to actually check in. The two male waiters at the front desk are particularly good! I stored my suitcase and rented the hotel's bicycle to ride. Came back to check in in the afternoon and was very satisfied with the room. Details to the extreme. Such as a teacup. The mouthwash cups are all covered in plastic bags; the facial cleansers are all in one for washing the face and removing makeup; there is a safe for each person; the rod for hanging clothes is too thick, but two small hooks are thoughtfully provided; you can also print photos for free downstairs. . . . . The bus departed at 7:40 the next morning, and we discussed whether we could have breakfast earlier, and it was easy to communicate. It was the first time I saw the purple sunset in Japan. All kinds of good. . . .

The biggest advantage is that it is close to the JR station, 200 meters away, a two-minute walk. Although the hotel facilities are simple, they are clean, and various Biei crops are displayed for breakfast.

The room is large and comfortable; the breakfast is delicious and sufficient; you can rent electric bicycles and ride the puzzle road (see picture). Curry rice is the specialty, cheap and good. It's a pity that I didn't take photos of the hotel

If you want to enjoy the rural life in Biei but cannot rent a car, this is the place to stay. It is a 2-minute walk from JR, and you can find restaurants and bikes nearby. It is also very convenient to book a taxi for half a day, a day or an hour. The hotel is warm and clean, and the service is warm and thoughtful. I highly recommend it.

It is very close to the station. There is a restaurant opposite. However, there are few restaurants near the JR station. It is recommended to go back to the hotel after dinner. The hotel can also rent bicycles, but it costs 4500 a day. It is very close to Matsuura Store and only costs 3000. If you want to rent for a short time, it is recommended to rent in Matsuura.
