I stayed three nights and paid a tiny bit more to have a room with a seating area. The extra space and sofa seating was just what I needed so I could spread my work out. I slept great in the king bed, though I prefer flatter pillows for my petite side-sleeper body. The closet size was fine for one person, maybe two; great to have shelves under it for shoes and other storage. I enjoyed having and used the "bar" sink. The 'fridge and microwave were good size and worked well. Shower had lots of water and good pressure. I loved that I could open the window to allow fresh air (and street noise) in; noise level was fairly low as hotel is located far enough from I-20 to not hear and be awakened by road noise all night. I would definitely stay here again!

We were not impressed with our stay, compared to other Quality Inn’s. The elevator was broken, the bulb was burned out in one of two lamps (staff gave me a fresh bulb to swap), the in-room coffee maker was missing parts, the room was cramped (furniture was too large for the space) and the breakfast was abysmal. The cleaning staff tried to clean our room before 9:00am, and was confused as to why we were still there.
That said, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Broken elevator, front desk first gave me the creeps how long she kept my DL and card(where does that information need to be entered more than once on a prepaid room and why not use the card reader) then she gave us a dead key followed by a key to a room that had not been touched since the last guest. Overall the hotel was good but front desk in desperate need of improvement.

There was a toxic odor in the room. It smelled like some petroleum chemical had been spilled. The only thing the staff offered to do was to spray the air with more chemicals to try to cover up the odor. They would not give us another room so we checked out and paid for another hotel room. I didn't want to breathe chemicals all night long. The room had other problems like the microwave was on a high shelf and was not plugged in because the cord was too short to reach the nearest outlet. And there was not a nightstand on one side of the bed, just a small fridge on the floor where there would normally be a nightstand. No lamp or clock or anything. The window blind would not go up. I won't be staying at any subquality inns again.
