Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt, welches dreckige Bettwäsche, komplett verschmutzte Wände und ein schreckliches Bad aufwies. Wir sind daraufhin zurück an die Rezeption und es wurden uns andere Zimmer gezeigt. Alle Zimmer dieses Hotels waren dreckig, staubig und in den Suiten hat es gestunken. Vor dem Badfenster hat eine Taube genistet und sonst hatte die Suite keine Fenster. Für europäische Gäste können wir dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen, da es einfach nur ungepflegt ist. Heritage, Charm und Ambiente findet *** nur an der Rezeption, aber nicht auf den Zimmern. Wir waren auf Rundreise und haben uns dann kurzfristig entschieden, nicht in diesem Hotel zu bleiben und haben ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Very nice hotel. There were two old cars on display near the entrance. Also a swimming pool and sort of a bar for everyone like kids could go there for dinner and this is all part of the property. There were like 2000 channels on the TV including a thousand news stations and kid friendly ones like Cartoon Network, Nick Jr, and National Geographic.

Bed cozy. Floor wasn’t cleaned properly. Food is good. Services were prompt. Staff needs to be more trained in terms of welcoming the guests. Receptionist should be welcoming but he wasn’t.

Property is very good . Food not 0taken . For service I had a poor experience . I checked in hotel on 13th July and checked out on 14th July morning for Jaiput.on reaching Jaipur in the evening I informed at hotel reception that I left my toùrcĥ below the pillow, kindly see and inform me so my brother can collect it.But no response from hotel, again on 15th July in evening I called to hotel and enquired about they told we will you back, later they informed that item is not found . So be careful when you check out and if you left anything you will not find it .Anyway it was my experience so I shared it otherwise stay was very good and comfortable

The property's location is great. The restaurant and reception are located in the heritage part of the building, whereas the rooms are located in the part that's de. Room size is good. The bar looks beautiful especially at night. Excellent stay.
