Great Stay and best of services became my permanent stay at Bikaner whenever I will Bikaner. Room was neat and clean. Food prepared and served with great taste and authenticity. I would like to personally thanks to Mr Jitendra Shekhawat, the GM and all other service staff to served me during my stay. I would like to the biggest thank with all my heart - they have delivered my Gold Ring that I missed and forgot at Hotel. This showed a great sacrifice and bigger honest heart . I am thankful to the staff specially the room boy who has found and delivered to the GM - All my blessings are with him.

Once the residence of a local king, they call it a palace but really just a mansion built in the 1920s. Rooms are all huge and you can see the grandeur from that period. Very art deco in style and original fittings including bathrooms so don’t expect modern facilities. Overall a pleasant stay that captures a bygone era. Staff are very professional and efficient.

On arrival, we were greeted with a welcome cup of rose sharbat and a necklace. We had room 110, the King's Suite on the top floor/rooftop. Beware - no elevator, just lots of stairs. I walked into the sitting room and then into the spacious bedroom, complete with KS bed. There is a router in the room but I couldn't connect to the wifi (unsecured). Wifi is readily available in the lobby. Hot water. Toiletries and large fluffy towels provided. Sumptuous breakfast, great dinner and the BEST staff. Fabulous artwork on the walls. Highly recommended.

So beautiful, the rooms are absolutely amazing. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend. The food was great, rooms are huge and have air conditioning. Gardens are so nice, with beautiful water feature at the front of the property.

Incredible rooms, attentive staff and beautiful grounds. We loved our stay! We really enjoyed the meals too, lots of variety and great quality food. We wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are huge and beautifully furnished, we just loved it

The hotel staff are welcoming and will assist you if you need anything. Food was delicious with a good variety of dishes. The room was spacious, although the bed was a little hard for my liking, but I still slept well. Overall, I would stay here again if I ever returned to Bikaner.

The service was excellent. Food great. We were assigned room 101 which could only be described as palatial. The palace has a definite 1930's screen star flavour. You could imagine Hercule Poirot stalking the corridors. Enjoyed our short stay.

This is the best hotel in Bikaner with the best staff and services. Our stay was very comfortable and was very amazing. All the staff members were available for us 24/7. We would suggest all the people coming to Bikaner to stay here and have the best experience

Very nice stay. The staff is really very supportive! Would recommend to visit with your families! The rooms are also spacious and clean. They also provide free stay for your drivers. I am definitely visiting again at this place for some family time.
