Perfect location. Great hotel. The bathroom is perfect and the bed Great. It is close to the san Mames stadium.

Got here on the weekend so parking was free. the rooms are a bit small and awkward. the shower is in the open opposed to a closed in bathroom so it made showering awkward but otherwise perfectly fine for the night

It was a good location where is walkable from bus station. It was pleasant to walk down the hill to the museum.

The room is super small and there is no hair dryer/cup. You have to go to the reception to get it from the staff. The breakfast is average, there are not many choices, but it is generally clean.

The facilities are relatively new and the service staff is very kind. It is true that the space is small and there is no kettle. You can only borrow hot water on the first floor, but the price is affordable and it is still good. There is a large supermarket nearby and the transportation is convenient.

The service was impeccable, the employee who served us was super helpful. We arrived before check-in and it was possible to take care of the documentation beforehand and leave our suitcase stored at the hotel until it was time for the room to be available. Considering the price, the room met expectations. The only thing to point out was that the shower was not well sealed and the water ran out. View from the room left something to be desired.
