This is a tough one. PROS Location, Location, location!! Layout of the cottage and size are perfect. CONS dirty Unmaintained Neglected I read previous reviews so I went prepared with a bucket of cleaning supplies and shower shoes. It was 5 of us in one of the cottages which are connected by a large porch (perfect). But the porch is dirty and needs maintenance. The floors inside are sticky. But the kitchen is very functional. If the owner would put the money back into his business it'd be great!

Awful!! The room was filthy! It should be closed down! The bathroom was moldy and had an odor. We had to go out and buy towels and blankets just to have some sense of comfort. Do no waste your time and risk your health. Please choose another property. The “front desk” staff was zero help. They just stared at me asked me what do I want them to do. We checked out before our stay ended

Do not stay here is you are looking for cleanliness and security. If you are looking for a bed with a roof over it and a free shuttle to a run down ****** then you MAY be ok. The room was nasty and in desperate need of repairs and updates. The bed linens appeared clean but the pilling on the pillows and sheets were horrible. Ceiling plaster was falling down, tiles broken on the floor, bathroom was gross (except the toilet did appear to be clean), stains all over the walls and headboards. I am not sure how this place has a 4/5 rating. It is across the highway from the beach, so it is not "beachfront" and there were quite a few people hanging out in the parking area that appeared to be transient/sketchy. Just don't.

Our room was filthy coffee pot had d burnt coffee im the bottom, cups in cubbord were dirty ,intake vent was covered in dirt , shower was dirty sofa was covered in hair and dirt blanket had holes and hair all over the smell of mildew waa so strong we checked out 3 days early

The property is incredibly convenient to treasure bay, which was amazing. The staff were all very helpful. The room itself had a very good a/c, no bed bugs (woohoo), and was very clean. The room was just VERY dated, even the comforter seemed really old. I would love to see this place get a face lift.

I cant say their was anything unique about it, its an older place that had cigarette stains on the end tables, we got no fresh clean linens ir bed made for three nights we stayed AND when we shut the lights off a huge window that has blinds kept us awake with the bright lights shining three so much we had to go but something to out over it at night to sleep.

Location is A . Very outdated furniture small tv. Non smoking rooms smell like smoke. Nice size rooms. My room had a window unit. It did cool the room so I can’t complain about that. Very uncomfortable mattress. Outdated comforter. Outdated bathroom. Not enough towels but the staff was awesome. Just remember it’s not the staff fault that the hotel is in the condition it is in. Location is what your paying for when you stay here.would I stay again? Probably not. I’ve been to motel 6’s that were more comfortable than this hotel.
