Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location right at Lagoyii Bay. Room is big, clean and very comfortable. Good selrction at buffet breakfast. Lagoyi beach is beautiful but the wheather was extreamely warm during my stay in March. Look forward to return when it is cooler.

We stayed here for three days with our family and booked two Grand Deluxe rooms and one Deluxe room. The rooms were spacious, each equipped with a sofa bed, which was very convenient when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, surrounded by Lagoi Plaza, a lake, and a beach, and it’s only about a 12-minute drive to Treasure Bay. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated that there was porridge suitable for babies. The only issue we encountered was the restroom sliding door, which tended to get stuck easily, but the staff were very friendly and quick to assist. Additionally, there is a free playground and a swimming pool on the 7th floor with a beautiful view—we really loved it. Overall, it was an awesome family getaway

the hotel was nice.. it was clean and near the bintan lagoi bay. it would be perfect if there’s a variety of food for the breakfast buffet but all in all it was good

I love how the whole Bintan Resort is the best place to relax and the location of this hotel is bery close to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the beach and enjoyed the view of the lake on the other side.

Worst air con, complained multiple times but not resolved hot and cold every 30mins. We haven't slept well all 3nights. There was no hot water in the afternoon. Towels were not replenished daily, and used coffee cups were not washed daily. There were also a lot of hairs on the bed, and I'm not sure what they did about it. Pick and drop from ferry terminal is the only good.

I booked through Trip.com and I found that it is a lot cheaper to book through other Platform like Agoda. Don't book through Trip.com

Well the hotel was near the beach but the lights would be turned off when the guests were not in the Lobby. It has an odd feel that was a bit of a ghost town. The walls were thin and the neighbouring guests could be heard. If there was intercourse happening, that would certainly have been audible. Pool was mostly empty on the roof and the lights were off at night and we had to wait for the engineer to turn it back on. Entertainment room was in a bad state. They need to fix it.

Hotel was clean and located in the Lagoi resort area which is where we wanted to be, however the hotel seems old, the gym was a sad excuse with just dumbbells, order food at the rooftop cafe, quiet flavourless, service was good despite the hotel being empty but was still asked to check in at 3pm or pay IDR200k luckily this was not much of an issue as we had activities arranged, that said the room was comfortable enough however the AC stopped working the last night I was there and didn’t come on again causing me to lose sleep.

In fact so many empty rooms, they didn’t grant for 1-2 hours late check out. This is second time . First time also same. Not flexible on check out.

Staffs were responsible and responsive. There was sincerity when the room’s cleanliness was not up to standard with immediate actions. Location was great with shuttle services from Jetty. Spa experience was great on a non peak day with guest discount.
