I frequently staying at this property when travelling to Bintulu, mostly is the location nearby the town area and convenient access to the shopping mall by just walking. The hotel having its good maintenance in room and others facilities. In conclusion, the property is in good location and offer the best accommodation in town.

Great hotel with convenient location. Walking distance to the newest mall in Bintulu - The Spring, or you could also walk to Parkcity mall. There’s also a promenade walkway behind The Spring Bintulu where you could chill and listen to the waves hitting the shore!

I like the location walking distance to The Spring Mall very strategic, I did not try the breakfast & swimming pool but however there are 3 plugs in room but only 1 function, please upgrade your room so not up to date...very old...Next time i bring extension so i can charge phones and laptops.

Location was good, next to a mall. There was a big parking space for guests. The breakfast was okay.

Best hotel in Bintulu. Location is nearby The Spring shopping Centre. Walking distant. The parking is a lot and free The room is clean and conducive. Will repeat again stay here if I come to Bintulu

Next to The Spring Mall Bintulu. The room is spacious and clean. The amenities is good. The bed is comfortable. Bintulu waterfront just behind the hotel.

Aircond flow from next room (there's another door in the room). Very cold. The room is a bit smelly. Totally not worth it. Not gonna repeat there again

Hotel is located city center of Bintulu. The room has been aged and condition wasn’t great.

everything is great but the room has a weird strange smell. we got used to it after a while but when we left the room for outing/dinner and came back, the smell is still there. probably need to refurbish. but the room is very clean. good if you need a place to crash at night. breakfast spread is ok. the omelette was exceptional. my kids had fun at the pools.

4 stars??? No in-house pub with live band. View was overlooking a jungle.

Very good hotel..spacious room..supersize single bed..high water pressussure ..a lot of parking space..htl beside to the spring mall..just walking distance..recommend htl in bintulu
