Great hotel for the region. The service staff are all very friendly and professional. The general manager, Govinda, made our stay feel very special. They have the best food, especially the garlic naan! It felt very nice coming back to ac in the rooms. Whenever I come back to surhket, I’ll be staying here.

Suva hotel is best hotel in surkhet and there is very peaceful environment and swimming pool also very good I enjoy here with my friends food taste is very amazing but service is very excellent my favorite staff diwash thapa magar Bhai is amazing 😍 very smart and very good talking style 😀 thanks diwash thapa magar Bhai for good food and your service ❤️

For hospitality is awesomeness. This is the best place site nearest in mid-surkhet bazar with relatives gathering for recreational activity and fine services. Thanks to their staff and there like madan for good hospitality towards each and every cosutumer and visited person in their colleague ... thanks for good services and hopefully we expected more about them . Very good service by Madan Devkota. We had a good breakfast each morning a good service. The restaurant has good food and friendly staff. Good juice and atmosphere. Chili chicken is excellent and also non garlic bread.

Usually, I have been using several hotel services in Birendranagar as Hotel Shuva is one in only choice for me while I think about hotel services nowadays in here. Towards the end for me the best service providing hotel I ever find. A experience staff of here Mr. Madan devkota Who makes my vacation

Excellent hotel. The staff were very attentive and helped us not only during our stay but to organise onward travel too Madan Devkota looked after us extremely well at mealtimes and was superb, friendly and helpful.

Suva hotel is very good and the staffs are very courteous. Special mention for Madan Devkota who is very polite and helped us in choosing every meal at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend Madan to everyone.
