A Beautiful and rare find, in a world of cheap overrated hotel chains, and over charging Airbnb. Simon and Sue the hoist and owners were engaging super helpful and attentive. Stylish, modern and spotless accommodation. More than a home away from home. This is our 4th annual stay. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really warm welcome from Simon & Sue, we were then shown to our room which was truly lovely with en-suite bathroom. Next door was a very nice sitting room for us with all amenities including home made cakes. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. We will be back.

Simon and sue made our stay a fantastic experience. They were so helpful and friendly. You could not ask more. They recommended places to visit, told us about the area.
We would highly recommend staying here, we will certainly be going back there when we go again to Liverpool

This was the best accommodation we have found. Susan and Simon are perfect hosts. Simply wonderful experience, literally everything was as good as it could be and far better than most hotels.The kindness we have been shown by both of them was quite humbling. We wish them well

Probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Super clean and modern, excellent breakfast with everything you could ask for. Wonderful hosts couple Simon and Susan who wanted nothing but to make your stay a memorable one. Easy to reach by bus from Liverpool downtown. Quite area with pubs within walking distance. Bed somewhat firm to our Scandinavian backs used to softer type beds.

Everything was fine at this very recommendable B&B.
Sue and Simon are very friendly and helpful hosts and we felt like a part of the family there.
Bus stop is just a few meters away so that you can go either to Liverpool or to the Coast Line at West Kirby within approx. 20 minutes.
Rooms are spacious and clean, we really enjoyed the stay there and would come again when next time in this area.

Very clean, quiet property, great room with a big bathroom (no tub, which we don’t care about). Parking right in front of the property. Amazing hosts and even the neighbors were very friendly. Bus stop just a block away and restaurants and pubs about 1-2 miles away

Great find. Amazing accommodation and great hosts. fresh fruit, cereals and freshly cooked hot breakfast . Eating places within walking distance. Lovely spot and bus to West Kirby and Liverpool couple minutes walk.
