The bed is incredibly small. The so called sofa bed is so soft and sunken you wouldn’t be able to walk next day if sleeping on it overnight. There’s no hot water, only borderline warm shower. It says including parking but there is no space, all filled up, only a handful of parking and first come first serve. No air conditioning or fan in the hot weather . No customer service. Smell like **** in the hallway and reception. Do not recommend, won’t come again. Do not worth money.

The property is in need of renovation. The traffic noise is annoying because of poor window sealing.

Clean with all the nessacary things supplied. You'll have to wash all the dishes or you'll be charged. The place is on the ground floor and very close to the main road so you can hear quite a bit of noise at night. Service was a bit lax. We've called the provided number for two days before getting the check in details. But the details provided were clear and easy to follow.

The apartment is not worth it. We felt very uncomfortable because of how dirty it was, and the apartment was in very poor condition. You can hear all the traffic, the soundproofing of the windows does not exist. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Just like the pictures, checkin was easy and very informative, all the details was given on the day well in advance. Always had a number to be in contact with whenever I needed.

What a lovely little apartment, home from home. Location was perfect just a short drive to everywhere. There is a convenience store, pharmacy and fast food place 1 minute away so really handy if you forget anything. Everything was perfect host was fast to reply and even gave us early check in 🥰

Excellent connection and very helpful place

The room is very good, but there are not many parking spaces, so you have to go there in advance. Free tissues and garbage bags are provided at the front desk. You can get them by yourself. There are tableware and you can cook by yourself

The location of the hotel is very good. The room is neat, clean, spacious and bright. It has heating, so I don't feel cold. The room facilities are complete and the waiters are warm and generous. I will go there again next time.

This is my second stay here. I like it very much. There is a bus to Birmingham New Street Station not far from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is also very convenient for me to go to Villa Park to watch the game. Check-in is very convenient. I like it very much.
