Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel had stunning views of the Yila grasslands/Napa Lake. There is a hillside pathway just a short walk from the hotel which leads you to an even better view of the surrounding areas. The hotel had horses, deers, and a Samoyed which you're free to interact with. Staff were very attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The dining area is in the adjacent building. The first floor is the restaurant and second floor is the cafe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were good. Coffee was made upon request with an espresso machine. The dining area had lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view. The room was modern and clean. Heated flooring, shower stall, and toilet seat were appreciated. Room had a large projection screen for media. The 270 degree panoramic view room was perfect, what a sight to wake up to! Note weather conditions are variable in Shangri-la and can change by the hour. Can be windy and raining for a couple hours and then transitions to bright sunny skies. May have to stay for a few nights to avoid disappointment. Finally the hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport/train station in a very comfortable van. Hotel staff called the day prior to make transportation arrangements; your experience may vary if you have an international number vs. mainland number so may have to proactively reach out. Overall this is a quiet and peaceful hotel with great amenities about 30 mins outside of the Shangri-la city area. I would come back again.

Good and clean facilities: the Homestay is also very well run by a good and reliable staff team who were attentive to our needs. Great job!

There was a free pick up from the railway station and free drop off at the airport. The view from the hotel room is amazing and the room has everything you need to feel at home. There was a dog in the premise and it seemed to be chained up the entire day. Wished it could run free in the amazing compound!

Living in a grassland nourishes your eyes and clears your lungs. The fruits delivered are all cut, and you can't eat them if you don't eat them in time when they arrive, which is a pity. The freshly fried lunch is delicious.

It’s my second time to stay here. This time I added large prayer flags and sika deer, which my children loved very much. The service staff have very good attitudes, are proactive and enthusiastic, and are willing to help solve small problems😁

Great room, worthy of a designer hotel. Turn off National Highway 214 and go about 1 kilometer next to Yila Grassland. There is a free hill behind the hotel, which offers great views. The hotel facilities and design are all online. The key is the diffuse oxygen supply. It was the most comfortable place to sleep in during my 4 nights in Shangri-La this time. It works. The restaurant and coffee☕ are in the small building next to it, and the view is unparalleled

The B&B is newly opened, the facilities are very good, the rooms are large, and the stay is very comfortable. The details are very well done. The hair dryer has multiple different nozzles, there is also a scale, and the sanitary napkin has a towel rack. It is really full of details. The boss also provides pick-up and drop-off, and the surrounding scenery is also good. The only thing I think could be better is that the breakfast rice noodles could be more delicious.

The room is very beautiful, clean and well-equipped. Afternoon tea, coffee, etc. are provided. The service is very thoughtful. The view outside the window is super beautiful. You can also ride horses to feed deer and take pictures. The boss is super enthusiastic and provides pick-up and drop-off services. He also enthusiastically helps us plan our itinerary. 100 points hotel 👍🏿

The scenery outside the hotel is really beautiful. The boss also provided airport pick-up and drop-off services. On the first morning of my stay, I had a high fever and woke up the boss early in the morning. The boss quickly sent oxygen and medicine. Thank you so much, hotel The food inside is really delicious. I really like this hotel. There are sika deer and puppies. The room we booked has a large window with a very good view. You can see the sunrise while lying on the bed. The projector is very clear. You can see clearly even with the light on. I was attracted to it. The boss is also very enthusiastic. The room is clean. It is a good vacation experience.
