Breakfast is great, plenty of choices to eat. It is a clean and very new hotel. The location is perfect, whether you have a car or without a car. Only one thing was disappointing for the housekeeping. They come to clean but never clean the bathroom.

The hotel is very clean and new, the breakfast is very rich and the service is good. It is located just opposite Blackpool North Station and is within walking distance, making it convenient to get in and out.

Amazing

The hotel is right next to the station. There are also large shopping malls and supermarkets opposite. The room space and facilities are great. The only drawback is that there are not many choices for breakfast. I stayed here for four nights and every meal was British-style. The buffet breakfast is actually boring after eating it twice. I hope the breakfast supply can be more international and diversified

Just returned from a lovely break with my friend. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night bed and breakfast and throughly enjoyed ourselves, room 235 was very well equipped with everything we needed and it was overlooking the tram line. Breakfast was very good again with everything we wanted. We went out and explored around Blackpool doing the arcades going on the piers, we went up the tower on Saturday night which was brilliant going up in the dark could see all the illuminations and went on the wheel on central pier, on Sunday we went to Madame tussards again very good, we went to shenanigans on both Saturday and Sunday night and had a great time both nights. All the staff were very accommodating, I asked for them to take our picture on the last day and they didn’t hesitate. The hotel is in easy walking distance from a big Sainsbury’s and the train station and is also only a 10 minute walk away from the seafront. We got a tram from outside the hotel down to the south pier which ran smoothly. We will deffo be back

I had a lovely 4th floor room with a cracking view of the sea and the tower. As its a new hotel every where was spotless, breakfast was a buffet with great choices. Take the lift to lower ground and your right at the tram stop and Blackpool North Station.

Whilst travelling around Blackpool we decided to explore the new hotel and booked an overnight reservation. Upon arrival we were greeted by Rick who made us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is ideal for travelling by train as the station is across the street from the hotel. If arriving by car there is a multi storey situated across the road, a discounted rate of £10.00 is offered to guests for every 24 hours, simply hand over your ticket for validation. A tram station is situated underneath the hotel, this is ideal for taking you down to the pleasure beach, south pier, central pier or Fleetwood ferry. The bedroom was lovely, spacious airy and bright. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was scrupulously clean. The room had an ironing board, iron, mini-safe, mini fridge with water and snacks provided and tea and coffee making facilities. A really nice touch was the umbrella which is in your wardrobe, you can borrow this and return it back before you check-out. There was evening entertainment in the bar area, I am not sure if this is only on Saturday nights or other nights, best to check with reception. The breakfast area was spacious, bright and had funky music playing in the background which was again a really nice touch. The food was amply, a good choice for hot and cold items, replenished regularly. The only slight criticism we had was that the sausages were bland and most of the hot items like sausages, bacon and mini hash-browns were all greasy, we would have liked them to be grilled, if you wanted an omelette freshly made you needed to pay extra which was disappointing. All in all breakfast was great. Staff here are exceptional, they are attentive, friendly and extremely professional. Housekeeping does a great job and nothing is too much trouble, they should be commended for their sheer hard work. In conclusion, a fantastic stay, shame about the breakfast and shame that we were not upgraded to a better, larger room at the front of the hotel but nevertheless we will definitely be returning. Three cheers for the newbie on the block.

You cant relay fault this hotel The staff are what make it as they are always friendly and always there for your every need. If you need anything they will do what they can to sort it . This hotel is clean and very tidy. The rooms are of descent size and great sound proofing. no sound can be heard from the main road or the hotel so great nights sleep. Bar staff are so good if they don't have what you want they will do there best to get something you like. Transport is easy as the tram stops directly below the hotel and the train station is only 1 minuet away by foot. All the shops are within walking distance The only downfall is the house keeping staff tend to leave glasses outside rooms so if a child ran down the hall they could be a danger to the child. The air conditioning is not up to scratch . i had to get my own fan to help me sleep as i can not deal with it too hot this is just my opinion as having a health condition it may be fine for any other guest. Many than x for your professionalism and help to me and my disabled mother on our stay we will be back Scott

The room was very well appointed , but on our first shower , the towels had marks on them , they were replaced. We ate in the restaurant and our server Rose ( Rochelle) was excellent . She was smiling , confident and welcoming . We had a great ambiance with her , also with another female staff member the day after at breakfast , again giving off the welcoming smile and helpfulness that is expected in the business of hospitality. Our receptionist Becky was interested in why we were there and where we were going that day , offering suggestions and such. We both very much enjoyed our visit and will use IHG again .

Easy check in. Clean modern room. Allocated a TWIN when we ordered DOUBLE. Reception failed to advise us when they gave us our room key. Revisited reception and they didn’t seem to care. Dogs were in the hotel. A very drunk man fell over in reception and took away all staff attention. Not hotel’s fault I know but gave us a poor impression We took fish n chips back to the room. Bar staff were friendly Seconds walk to train station and tram stop and 4mins to town centre

Great hotel, good location beside north train station…….. Hotel is away from the front piers however Blackpool is Blackpool and plenty to do everywhere. Hotel looks to be new and is spotless, staff friendly and pleasantly surprised to see it had entertainment in the bar when we returned on Friday evening. Overall, a great and much needed addition to Blackpool that gives customers an option of a good hotel, opposed to stereotypical B&Bs. Will defo return.

What a lovely stay! The staff were very helpful, they have a lovely area with games for kids to keep them entertained especially why you wait to check in. The only negative was when we checked in there was no soap the bottle was empty, when our room was serviced it still wasn’t filled so we just had to ask for a refill but that was it everything else was amazing. Can’t comment on food from the hotel itself we didn’t have breakfast but Marco Pierre joined with the hotel was amazing and kids eat free Just an FYI for anyone using the car park opposite make sure you’re parked over a black space otherwise you’ll be issued with a parking fine!

I’ve had my eye on the hotel for a while and booked one night as a Diamond Elite member. Check-in was quick and courteous and we opted for the free breakfast as our welcome amenity. The room was large and well appointed. A king premium with sofabed. There was one packed of crisps, one Kitkat, one small stick of candy rock and two cans of sparkling water in the fridge. Would have been better if there were some soft drinks. Aircon was slow at cooking the room and never did work brilliantly which is a shame for a new hotel. The bathroom is very small, larger people may struggle to get in the shower given the design. There was no soap in the container in the bathroom. The room in general had some bits that were missed. Seems like the hotel need to employ someone with an eye for detail to keep on top of the housekeeping department. The lobby areas of the hotel and restaurant are lovely, breakfast was a bit hit and miss. No beans, no muffins, no choice of yoghurt flavour. One big bonus was fried bread!! Staff were very helpful and I’d definitely stay again, perhaps for longer and over a weekend.
