Health and safety nightmare, slipped getting out of shower on a high step, no hand rail for support, cut arm open, no one on reception to help, no first aider box. The room was dirty with red wall dust l, no bed sheets, no toilet roll, I didn't even stay the night. Stay at your own risk

The room was terrible. No cold water from the sink in the bathroom. Brown damp patch on the wall and the carpet was thread bare. I came home the same night as i could not stay there and the toilet did not work. But apart from that it is situated near the bars and the sea front

Bed bugs in mattresses. Please check your mattresses before laying on your bed. These place is riddled with bed bugs! Check you mattress, bend your mattress,look under the buttons in your mattress before you contemplate staying in the room for the night.

Description is not at all like you get: 1. Shared Lounge with TV, Except TV has gone, is now a dirty Bedding, Laundry storage area. Coffee table has some kind of Press machine and open letters on it. 2. No Bar, as they don’t have a license, no Breakfast available, unless you go elsewhere. 3. Staff Not available, when they are there, they get lots of non-residents visiting with bags of beers. And a stench of **** greets you in the entrance area. 4. Booked 3 nights, on the second night I realised I was being bitten, on closer inspection, it was crawling with bed bugs. Phoned owner and he refunded my last nights payment. I would never go back there, wrapped all my clothes in a plastic bag, stripped completely when I got home, everything went into the washing machine and immediately hit the shower, a week later I’m still full of bite marks the itch like hell Be Warned.

I’ve been going Blackpool all my life+never experienced any thing like this,on arrival no toilet roll,no towels no tea coffee facilities,no handle on the fire door,paid £45 per night,no breakfast,but came away with bed bugs,would not recommend anyone to stay here,been trying to contact owner for two wks,keep being ignored,left loads of message,would rather stay in kennels nxt time+also someone was sleeping on setee in living room+there was grinders on the table.disgusting!! Don’t kno how u sleep at night!!!

The most disgusting place every been When checked in if u call it that they were drunk or high as kites one sitting in her bra n pants ! Room was ok bed clean etc but bathroom was filthy and no hot water in morning When I arrived back in eve there was a fight and it was the ones worked there / checked us in - I was told Move ! As one stromed out door I felt unsafe and also lots of homeless etc hanging around the door area ringing the bell I left early next morning could not face another night Avoid like the plague

Dirty smelly hotel dont be fooled by pictures on website as they look nothing like it. Dirty mattress covered in something red i dread to think what. No toilet paper no kettle dust everywhere.curtains hanging down pile of dirty bedding on floor in so called lounge down stairs.person who greeted us looked like they was off there head on something. Not stopped itching since.used to be a nice little place to stay but will not return.

My initial room that i was given appeared clean and comfortable. Then I was told i was in the wrong room and directed to a single occupancy room on the top floor which was, cold, smelt of damp, had a very condensated glass broken window left wide open and the bedding did not look desirable. I was reluctant to stay but had no choice as I did not make the booking for a weekend event of which was attended. The next day I had several bites on face and body, the showers did not work and there was no-one around to complain to. I left very early the next day, not completing my stay. I would not recommend or stay again.

Greeted at door by fluffy slippers and nail varnish wearing chap ,not very helpful place needs more than a lick of paint No where to park, as soon as the door opened it smelled of damp and cats, no handle on window so couldn't close it bedside units wobbly,TV like a stamp ,smelly bathroom with no curtains or blinds up , door locks a bit iffy , people painting walls of there rocker ,with guests passing banister is filthy, kettle filthy no view as window is misted
