Very nice beds, clean appartement. Nice coffeemachine, rather have some tea too...the keycards didn't work with the elevator of appartement visserstraat 101. You could not open the door to the room with the lift, really strange. A more clear plan of where all hotels were could have helped us betetr. Great breakfast, nice staff

We hebben 1 van de appartementen geboekt in de Visserstraat(op onze boeking stond Langstraat). Heel veel lawaai 's nachts op.straat. gelegen in voetgangerszone bij nachtwinkels. Slaapkamers op 1e verdieping, 1 van de 2 is open ruimte dus geen privacy. Geen nachtkastje, geen nachtlamp, geen waterkoker. 1 minuut lopen van het strand. Voordeuren die niet zonder harde knal dichtkunnen en als je de deurklink langer dan 2 sec naar beneden houdt gaat er een alarm af

Horrible service
I was completely disappointed. I booked a room in a hotel and was "upgraded" to an apartment. That ment no service, there was no hairdryer or a water kettle. The hotel was supposed to have a pool etc. The front desk was closed so I had to check in and go for breakfast to a different hotel. The free parking apparently does not exist so I had to park (and pay) quite far away at a square and the staff in the other hotel could not do anything as they only give out the room key. If I wanted to stay in an empty apartment, I would have booked an Airbnb. Noone informed me of this change.

Ons appartement bevond zich in de vissersstraat met 2 slaapkamers op de gelijkvloers . Voldoende ruimte. Een pluspunt de opgemaakte bedden en handdoekenpakket. Appartement was onvoldoende gepoetst alles wat je vastnam kleefde. Tapijt in de living was heel vuil. Borden en glazen in de kast waren niet proper. Ligging is goed en mits toeslag overdekte afgesloten parking om de hoek. Wij verbleven er 1 nachtje.

Magnifique buffet déjeuner m1is ne vaut pas ses étoiles ! Chambre disponible 15h notre fille malade n as pas pu venir donc nous y avons été avec notre fils de 7 ans impossible d avoir 1 seule chambre d etre remboursée le petit déjeuner en gris mon mari ou moi devions aller dormir avec notre fils ! J avais tel la veille pour prévenir mais la personne ne parlais que anglais ou néerlandais ! Aucuns efforts juste argent 💰

Lors de notre séjour à la côte belge, NOus avons eut un soucis avec notre première réservations mais le gérant de l'hôtel très professionnel et accueillant nous a trouver un magnifique appartement de substitutions. Rapport qualité/prix top. En bonus Nous avons eu droit à des tickets gratuits pour un spectacle. Je vous remercie pour votre amabilité .

Très moyen pour ce qui est de la literie et de la propreté dans la chambre. Mal insonorisé et les bruits de l'extérieur s'entendent très fort la nuit. Accès à la piscine dans un hôtel à quelques mètre du Panthéon. Par contre, le petit déjeuner est super super super
