Management was super nice and very helpful!! Only thing I recommend is getting a room on the second floor so you avoid the footsteps of the people above! 10/10 would stay again!

Our hockey team enjoyed the experience. A small, quiet, neat motel. NO issues. Derrick at front desk was very kind and attentive and helped me book going the extra mile to help under stressful circumstances of a lack of motel rooms available in the area for the tournament.
Overall, very satisfactory. No complaints.

I didn’t actually make it to the Princess Motel because my Dad had a medical emergency less than 24 hours before we were going to leave to go. I just wanted to come on here to say that the owner was so kind and wished my Dad well instead of charging my credit card for the stay. He probably lost the money we should have paid him. Decent, honest people still exist and if I’m ever in that area I’ll give him my business for sure

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Sleep in your vehicle instead of booking this dirty, smelly disgusting place. The digital television is broken up so bad you can't even watch tv, even the permanent residents say it's always that way. I wouldn't be surprised we end up with some sort of bugs after sleeping there.

We had a medical emergency with one of our kids and the man at the front desk was able to refund us after we checked in, it was a pain because I booked through *******, but eventually my refund was accepted. Friendly and very honest people. Good costumer service
