I'll start with the pros The room is lovely. We were upgraded to a swim up room. The have everything except a bottle opener. Food is a good standard. Cons MUSIC! From 10am till 12am. And not songs you know or could sing to just awful elevator music played very loudly. Even the club nights it's the same songs with the same beat. Very repetitive. Got to where it felt like torture. Speakers every 2 rooms outside round the pool. Beach is quieter in the morning. Service.....what service? If you want something you have to ask. After a whole week only got drinks served twice. It's self serve even at dinner. Views ruined by fencing. Breakfast, do not bother if your expecting a fry up. Most days they ran out of milk, bread, food. After 10am you generally get the dregs of what's left. Entertainment there isn't any just music/djs playing same playlist. Beach is too small. No shop near by. Steep hill to get out of resort straight onto busy road. No help from reception over excursions. Asked over boat trip. Yes they could organise one €1000 each for the day! Cabanas on the pier €200 a day. Alot of food/drinks are extra. Overall if you are Russian or a insta star with botox don't bother. We came for a party hotel and got a tik tok convention. Alot of reviews have been from guests paid to stay here. Tips get a taxi and go to torba for a romantic meal or bodrum for a livelier night.

Very nice villa-style suite, Greek style, single floor, two bedrooms and one bathroom, one bedroom with one double bed, one bedroom with three single beds, for a total of five people. When we checked in, it was the low season of travel, the price was cheap and unreasonable (more than 200 yuan in total), and the free breakfast was also very rich. It was only a ten-minute walk from the main scenic spots such as St. Peter’s Castle and the most prosperous city center. Especially the parking lot is too extravagant compared to the rural towns such as Bodrum where the streets are narrow and almost single-line, and there is no public parking at all. There are really some people's consumption and the nobility's enjoyment. Absolute value for money! Of course, it is said that not only is it more expensive during peak season, it is also difficult to book.

I stayed in September 2023, just recently returned home, and the impressions are still very fresh. It was a wonderful vacation, and I made the right choice of hotel (and I had many options) Another important point - I traveled alone, and it was very important for me to feel cared for and comfortable. And here, I found the perfect place The hotel staff goes out of their way for the guests, all requests and wishes are immediately fulfilled, the reception is always in touch with you. They respond to messages instantly and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel creates an atmosphere of warmth, coziness, and care, which the hotel staff surrounds you with. You just feel at home I specifically chose such a cozy, small hotel. It is evident that people love to come here, there were many guests from different countries. The atmosphere is absolutely friendly and welcoming. The first thing you notice when you enter the hotel is the stylish vintage interior. Every item is carefully chosen and looks very harmonious. Then you enter a paradise garden There is a lot of greenery, trees, flowers that are carefully taken care of and watered, so everything looks very neat and beautiful. Also, the hotel grounds smell very pleasant The scent of freshness, flowers, and the sea. The location of the guest rooms is well thought out so that no one disturbs each other :) These are separate cottages on the territory, surrounded by greenery, with pleasant gazebos where you can sit with a book You feel incredibly cozy, like in a bungalow. In other hotels, you stay in a long building with lots of rooms and doors nearby, where it's very noisy and not conducive to privacy. Everything is different here, you fall asleep and wake up in silence, with the birds singing. My suite was perfect - two rooms, a hallway, and a large bathroom, it was a single. The location was next to the reception. The room was stylish, well-equipped, with beautiful vintage furniture, and everything worked perfectly. There was an air conditioner in each room. Being in the room after the beach was amazing!✌️ Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, they were awesome. They cleaned every day, very thoroughly! They changed towels, bed linen, added fresh water, and immediately fulfilled all requests. Overall, it felt like all the hotel staff worked together as a well-coordinated team. Everyone was very friendly and genuine. The waiters were quick and always smiling, breakfast started at 7:30 am precisely. The dining area had a sea view. There was a clean swimming pool, a lovely spa, and a fitness center. And the sea - it was simply magical! Clean, warm, and incredibly beautiful. The Aegean Sea is something unbelievable, gentle, and it's hard to get out of the water. And you can get a tan instantly⛱️ I once spent 3 weeks in Albania and didn't

We lived at Degirmenburnu residence almost 5 months and it was a really great experience! Hotel has a very good location - near you can find Marina (in 15 minutes walking) with so many restaurants, cafes and Gumbet's beach (in 5-10 minutes walking). Also there is enough kid's playgrounds, it was important for us, cause of the baby)). Hotel’s rooms has all for long staying there (wash machine, place for cooking, dishwasher and etc.), rooms have wonderful views on the sea and the part of Bodrum city. But the best in this hotel I think is in administration service. All of ours questions and problems was solved and it was really quickly. For example our dishwasher broke (it was almost night, about 11 pm) and they come to help us and changed it for a new one just in 15 minutes! And all our asks was solved every time so fast as in example above. I want to say many thanks to Eric and other staff for that kind and personal attention to us and to our friends too. If we will come back to Bodrum we’ll definitely stay at Degirmenburnu!

Everything was great the garden and the pool were wonderful, the staff were the friendliest people i’ve ever met, very helpful and nice. On the first night we arrived so late and we were hungry and they gave us free food even though their kitchen was closed. Overall the place is very good considering the amount of money you pay but it they could improve in cleaning the bathroom and the floors

The hotel was lovely! However our first room was facing the street and was very noisy in the evenings as some of the reviews stated however, we asked to move the next day which they did and were very helpful. The hotel itself has a lovely pool area and an amazing beach!! The food was delicious, and all the staff were super friendly especially the bar staff and hotel management! I wouldn’t usually re visit a hotel however we had such a lovely stay my partner and I said we would come again. The location is great if you want to eat out or want bars etc, or if you want a hotel that has everything so you don’t have to leave, even a Starbucks!

A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt reply.
