The property is very convenient to what we wanted to see. The staff for the most part was pleasant; however, the walk-up for the "to-go" at the outside bar was difficult to get waited on, had a few long waits to be acknowledged and waited on.
An elevator was out of service for 5 days.
There was a charge for most things; towels for the pool were doled out like they were made of gold, no water for rooms ($3 per bottle in lobby), etc.

The hotel looks a lot more appealing in photos online. It is tired a needs and upgrade. But overall good value for the price.

We changed rooms mid stay and the day staff that took care of this were outstanding!! The only thing was that the toilet in the new room didn’t always flush, room 404
