Hotel bem localizado, mas tem alguns problemas quanto ao atendimento. Os atendentes de um turno parecem não se comunicar bem com os de outro turno. Tive um problema na ducha do chuveiro, ela estava simplesmente colada e descolou quando fui tomar banho já tarde da noite. Informei ao recepcionista de plantão e no outro dia tive que sair cedo e voltei tarde, mas a situação continuou a mesma. Ao questionar o mesmo plantonista, ele simplesmente me avisou que havia comunicado, mas que não sabia porque não havia sido feito o conserto. O hotel está bem informatizado e trabalha com chaves eletronicas e tags para ativar a abertura das portas, só que o processo de habilitação das tags (ou dos números) é por vezes demorado.

Room 508, on the top floor, has no air conditioning and is a bit hot in summer. The front desk is friendly and can store luggage.
