Incredible place to stay. Linda and Ken go out of their way to ensure all is perfect. Breakfast is multi course absolutely delicious. The room was so comfortable. And the bed and pillows were amazing. Perfect location as well. Highly recommend you can't go wrong

Boonville Luxury Lodging / Grand Victorian Manor is a beautiful, clean, upscale, comfortable, friendly place to stay, perfectly located next to the Hotel Frederick and steps away from the bridge to the Katy Trail. We had a beautiful room that was absolutely spotless - cleaner than most top-tier hotels. A delicious breakfast on Saturday, and friendly and helpful hosts. I would not hesitate to stay here again when back in the area!

Ken and Linda are the best and the accommodations are tremendous. Our couples group was in town for a Katy Trail bike ride to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. We will always have fond memories of our stay because of how great Ken and Linda treat everyone.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay! Room was beautiful and very comfortable, as was the the entire house and grounds. Breakfast was delicious and far superior to what you get in most restaurants, let alone a hotel. The best part, however, was the hospitality. Ken and Linda go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions or anything else you might need. An absolutely delightful experience.

The room was clean and had everything needed; sweets upon checking were good/maybe not baked fresh that day. Breakfast was delicious. They’d need to go the extra mile and provide an inexpensive bottle of wine in the room, or wine and cheese at 5 pm (as others do) to earn 5 stars. A bit on the $ high side for the location and nearby offerings.

Wonderful B&B in beautiful house. The garden is lovely, breakfast was excellent. Hosts Linda and Ken went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and are also great company.

The host and hostess went above and beyond in service, with daily treats left for us in our room, lush robes and accommodations, and amazing breakfast. We would highly recommend staying here!
