Location of the hotel is good, tranway is just doorstep away and within walking distance to La Cité du Vin. Room is clean and spacious for familes of 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a cool rooftop bar on the 8th floor of the building.

Ideal area for discovering Bordeaux because the tram is just below the residence. It still has to be in operation, unfortunately this was not the case for us... restaurants and clubs in the surrounding area. Error on the reservation due to the intermediary reservation platform used by trip.com and unfortunately we were not able to have the apartment we wanted despite our reservation... the residence did not want to accommodate us or we had to add 90 €…not cool…. We didn't have breakfast because 15€ is rather expensive... Very practical parking but the residence is overbooked and there are not enough places left if you return late in the evening. Be careful to ask for the address of the parking lot because everything is one way and you cannot see it when passing in front of the residence.

Honestly, it's really great for the price. It's clean, modern and cozy, the breakfast is delicious and the staff accommodating and friendly. Special mention for the breakfast lady who is absolutely adorable, a real little mom! I arrived very sick at the hotel with a loss of voice, she made me recommendations for tea with honey to get better and every day heard from me until the day of my departure. A real sun, it warms the heart!

Nice clean apartment. Location close to the tram stop, you are quickly in the center. Parking garage at the hotel is very nice. For 9 euros you can park there for 24 hours. Breakfast was fine.

Cannot fault this aparthotel. We had a one bed apartment with a side view of the river. The apartment was perfect for two for a week. Nice big bathroom. Kitchen had everything we need as we only had our breakfast in the apartment. A plus was the nespresso machine. Everything was spotless. My only suggestion would be a chair for the bedroom. The location was perfect. Near a number of attractions and walkable along the river front to the centre of bordeaux. The river front is lovely with shops and cafes. Also must mention the handiness of the tram stop which is inly a two to three min walk from the hotel. Also the supermarket right next door is a big bonus. I highly recommend this aparthotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was our first visit to the beautiful city of Bordeaux and we picked this property off the internet. We were delighted with our choice! The staff were very welcoming on our arrival and provided a lot of helpful information about the city, marking key locations on a local map for us. Our room was compact, but highly functional, with a view of the Garonne river outside our window. Everything was clean and in good order and we chose to eat breakfasts and some dinners in the room as the facilities were clean and in good condition. We also appreciated the spacious laundry facilities after a week of walking across the region. There are two supermarkets nearby (one is next door) and the Cite du Vin (a world class exhibit) is on the next block with the Bas Sous-marine only 15 minutes walk away. There is a tram stop out from that take about 10 minutes to get you into the heart of town, although we chose to walk (about 30 minutes) along the river boardwalk, past a myriad of cafes and shops, to get to and from the town centre. This stay was also great value.

Good location for a direct tram journey to the city centre and a walk from the City Du Vin and Bassins des Lumières and River Promenade. Clean and modern rooms with all nessessities. A fridge, dishwasher and cooker hobs as well as all kitchen utensils and cutlery are included. Breakfast is available at E16. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the rooms are cleaned every seven days but they did change our towels when asked. There is a well stocked local grocery store right beside the building.

Wonderful hotel in perfect location. Situated right next to the spectacular Pont Jaques Delmas bridge, this beautiful hotel offers well equipped self catering studios in walking distance to the cité du vin museum and „les Halles de Bacalan“ where one can find plenty of food offers and nice wines and draft beers. The tram station is opposite the hotel and the parking (underground) is 12€ for 24 hours. Our room was very quiet, despite facing the street (quality windows), modern and clean. The layout was amazing and even though it wasn’t a really big space it didn’t feel cramped. The bed was very comfy and the kitchenette came with an Nespresso machine and bottled water. We also liked the perfectly English speaking receptionist with the blonde hair (sorry we didn’t get the name!) as she was very helpful and friendly.

A very clean and comfort apartmend. The location is good for them they don't want to be close to the center but with very good bus connection. The staff is very helpful and polite. I recommend this hotel and certainly will stay again.

I choose this based on the reviews and value and it did not disappoint. Location is slightly (just) out of centre (20 min walk or 5 min tram) but the walk is very pleasant along the riverside with the old warehouses along the quay converted to shops and cafes. La Cite du Vin museum is just 5 mins walk away and well worth a visit. Close by is a large food hall with lots of options (opposite La Cite du Vin but closed Monday). While I did have some issues with the reservation payment in advance (it seems they are not set up for double authentication of payments so my payment failed with many attempts), a quick call sorted this out and I paid on arrival (no issue once card is inserted in machine). My room was modern, clean, good bathroom with shower and more than expected kitchen area. I had aircon but preferred to leave the window open until the noise from some apartments changed my plan! I didnt try breakfast on site (walked into town instead and stopped off on the way). I also didnt try the roof top bar (which seemed lively but ran independently of Residhome) and seemed to need a reservation. Wont go wrong here -similar prices around train station area but was not sure about safety based on reviews. No safety concerns in this area.

This is a review about not being able to stay at the Residhome Bordeaux. We have spent the night here on three other occasions and had nothing but good things to say. The location is convenient to the Bassins and the Maison de Vin, and a convenient drive across the bridge down to the Megarama in the Vieux Port when we came for the Met Opera live transmissions. This week, however, our plane was delayed two and a half hours, and the Valet service we used shuts down at 11 pm. We had to go to a hotel near the airport to pick up our car. Then on leaving we blew a tire. Rather than try to get a change in the rain and proceed, we decided to stay at the M & Spa Hotel, where we were, even though we were stuck with a non-refundable reservation at Residhome. The desk clerk offered to call Residhome, thought, and told the night clerk there our sad story. I didn't expect it would help us, but lo, the next morning I got an email saying we would not be charged! In my book that deserves a five-star review.

Two main issues that stopped me for coming back to this hotel again. When we entered the room, the room is quite stuffy so we tried to on the aircon but hot air came out so we called the receptionist which never pick up and we went downstair to check with her. She told us that the they are preparing for the cold weather (7Oct is 21* & 8Oct is 23*) was to come so the heater system is on and they cannot do about it. The only way is to open the window. room has no ventilation so u need to leave the window open. Very noisy throughout the night. But if you close the window, the room is very stuffy! Prepare to have the anti-mosquito spray or electric diffuser if you do not want to get sting. The mosquitoes are small but they are a lot and very powerful! Next, the shower water pressure is so low that it takes so long to clean your body especially if you have long hair. PS: I recorded the water pressure from my room but not able to upload it. So hope this pic helps.
