This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Save yourself the anguish of a bad stay and go somewhere else. It really should be described as a Motel, as it is more for people staying a night on a journey or used for work purposes. Many workmen seem to use it judging by the dirtiness of the carpets and stains everywhere. The rooms need painting and only resemble the photos on its advertising as they have a bed in them. it looks as if someone has tried to wash the bed headboard but not succeeded. A dehumidifier was supplied because of the smell but it was disconnected to the outside vent. The safe supplied didn’t work. The rooms are not in the main building and you have to walk a good way between room and hotel to eat, so you have to get dressed in coats and with umbrellas if it’s raining, morning and evening. The photo in the advertising is the reception, not where the rooms are, which look like a converted old building from the 60’s. We unfortunately booked for a week as bed, breakfast and evening meal - and it wasn’t cheap. The food was a joke. One person in the kitchen at breakfast for around 45 people who had breakfast. Her answer every time something was asked for - like a spoon or bread - was ‘I only have one pair of hands’. The evening meal was even worse. It took us 3 and a half hours one night to get our main course, a ribeye steak which came cold on a cold plate with nothing else. We asked where the chips and salad was and was told they are coming - which they did 40 minutes later. 2 young people serving. We tried to see the one person in the kitchen who refused to see us. We tried to see the manager but was told not available. Then they charged us 24 euros extra for the steak! I could go on and on but a picture paints a 1000 words. See the photos of our room.
