The front desk staff was so official, no welcoming, and kept a straight face.
The room was nice, but I could see some hair in the bathroom and body lotion was empty, never refilled.
The most terrible experience was noise. Some of the rooms had a family party for the whole night. They were yelling in english, screaming, bumping the floor, hitting the wall, and even hitting the windows, cursing loudly each other as possible as I could hear in my room. Music was terribly loud.
I called the front desk several times, but they didn't do any reactions!!! Finally, I got angry, and they did reaction, that terrible party was over. But staff never call me, never apologizing for that terrible situation. Just over.
At check out, staff didn't ask anything about staying, no information for check out process, no face, nothing to say except "check out?",.
Does Hilton offer service so weird and so rude?
Is this Hilton standard?
It was a really amazing service.
