I booked a corner room for 3 people in the family. The room is spacious as in the picture. The sofa bed was old. It’s too soft. We asked for an extra blanket & pillow, it took almost an hour to get it. That’s was around 11pm. Same for the valet parking, almost 30 mins to wait for someone to get our car. We had to go up to the reception to ask for the valet staff that was around 8pm. Not sure they are short of staff during the night time or not as the staff who brought the pillow was the same person who brought our luggage to the room.

Location in Copley is close to 2 subway stations. Rooms were comfortable and views were decent. There’s 2 shower as I got an accessible room. I was there early due to an overnight bus from New York. Reception refuse to check us in first and only allow us to check in at 4pm when I saw someone got checked in at 11am. Reception is quite slow at checking out. There is a need to pay $60 for F&B which is not stated in the booking upfront. This is quite ridiculous.

The hotel is located in Copley Square in the Back Bay, with the Boston Library behind it. It is not far from various attractions on the Freedom Trail, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to Harvard University by taxi. The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor. Right next to the Boston Library. The room is large, clean and sanitary. The location is great and convenient for shopping and eating. Not far from the Green Line and Orange Line of the Metro. Taking an Uber from Boston Logan Airport takes about 20 minutes and costs US$26. Recommended to stay.
