Etablissement propre, très bon accueil, personnel disponible et à l'écoute.

Séjour d'une nuit de passage en famille Personnel très sympathique, hôtel non bruyant et non fumeur, bien placé pour aller manger à pied. Le lit pour enfant d'une place est placé dans un placard donc prend un peu de place.

Room was very small and not particularly clean but was OK for one night. It was a stopgap solution but you can't expect more for €65. Reception only occasionally manned and you have to check in by terminal. Walls are thin and quite noisy, also because the doors all squeak.

Loyal customers of the ACCOR Group, we know the Ibis Budget because in 2023, we had a great time at the Ibis Budget in Marguerites in the Gard, so this year, visiting the Dordogne we renewed (Alas...) the experience with a new Ibis Budget... The hotel in Périgueux is well located, near a shopping area, it also has a large car park, the person at the reception (the brunette lady) who takes care of the breakfast service (in addition!) is very friendly. But then what a cruel lack of cleanliness in the rooms.... Of all the ACCOR hotels, it is by far the least clean. The room for 3 people is cramped, it's simple you can't put your things down, nor in the bathroom, moreover why have a fold-away bed mounted in a wardrobe when it could have been used for storage!??? When we arrived, the 3 towels were dirty, we had to ask for new ones from the receptionist, who was very responsive. Thanks again. In the evening when we went to bed, same inconvenience... this time it was the sheet on the 2-person bed that was not clean, we had to remove it and sleep on the duvet! In addition, this sheet that we left with our used towels the next morning was not even changed... In the evening when we returned to our room, the bed was well made but a new sheet had not even been put back in the bed. And once again, we were given towels that were not very clean... What deplorable room service!!!! We had to sleep on the duvet again! The bathroom is also cramped, the shower is moldy, there are questionable marks on the door and on the wall... For the last day, we preferred to leave this hotel and go to Trélissac, a little further to the Ibis Style hotel. It's a shame because this hotel in Périgueux is very well located, the breakfast is good and varied, the welcome is favorable but once in the rooms, you are entitled to a punchline!!!! Sorry, the quality of the rooms is not there at all and we had a very, very bad experience and we will not return to the Ibis Budget in Périgueux!
