Herşey mükemmeldi. Servis kalitesi , ekip , misafirperverlik ve tabi ki Araka Bozburun restoran’ın tesisin tüm yemek ve bar hizmetlerini veriyor olması . Bundan sonra her sene muhakkak ziyaret edeceğiz.

A lovely property with an old world charm. The perfect place to sit and do nothing and contemplate life and the Aegean. It feels like you are staying in your Turkish friends’ home. The manager Azim and all his staff do a great job of catering to your every whim. Can’t wait to go back next year!

This is a beautiful hotel and has always been one of my favorite places to stay. Unfortunately this time the music was so load at night one evening that we couldn’t sleep and when we notified the whatsapp chat number of the noice and that we couldn’t sleep. We never got a response nor an apology. The loud music lasted till 12:30 and our room was located right in front on the restaurant and it was as if the music was being played in our room. It was an overall disappointment in lack of customer service.

Service was extremely slow. Food was late and when it finally came it was cold and overcooked, most likely forgotten. We had to escalate to the manager, waited another 30 min and got only one of the meals replaced . They even charged us for the boat ride after this meal disaster : extremely expensive, late , cold and inattentive staff .

Merhabalar, Sessiz, sakin, doğayla içiçe çok güzel bir deniz ve inanılmaz güzel bir mutfak. Akşam yemekleri çok başarılıydı en iyi şef restoranlarında yiyebileceğiniz kalitede gerçekten yemeklerinden çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı için aynı şeyi söyleyemesem de akşam yemekleri, çalışanların ilgisi son derece iyiydi. Kokteylleri standart otellerdekilerden çok daha başarılıydı, hatta içtiğim en iyi limonatayı burda içtim tüm ürünler birinci sınıf kalitede. Fakat, gerek alkol gerek su bile gerçekten gereğinden fazla pahalıydı. Öncesinde Göcek’te kaldık oradaki fiyatlar bile daha makuldü sonuçta gün içerisinde bir şeyler içme ihtiyacınız oluyor, otelde fiyatlar normalden fazla olması da aşikar ama buradaki fiyatlar aşikar denmeyecek kadar fazlaydı.

We went there for our honeymoon. We mentioned the occasion while booking and there was in-room preparation. My husband mentioned the same asking for a special type of evening to prepare something special for the dinner. And there was no preparation. As it had been the end of the season we felt like we were not welcome, but only being charged for every single thing at extrmely expensive prices. The food was shocking. We ordered penne, we received spaghetti with a ketchup sauce. We did not have any experience at romance in this hotel. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was great. The breakfast was nice. The employees were helpful. Overall it was an everage experince with low level of food and beverage services. Would not recommend at all.
